Luella
The next day I got to school. I still remembered that I had to tell Pony about the project I forgot. I got to my homeroom and waited for the bell to ring.
The bell rang and I went to my first class which was math. Pony wasn't in this class. I sat down and the teacher gave us a worksheet to do with a partner. I looked around for someone to work with then I noticed this one girl who was sitting alone. She looked to be seventeen with short light brown hair and blue eyes with a black leather jacket. Then I noticed something, she only had one arm. I felt so bad for her, so I decided to sit with her.
"Hi", I said. "Hi", she said looking at me. "I'm Luella wanna work together?" "Sure I'm Lorraine. Lorraine Howard." That's a pretty name." Thank you." We did our work and then we talked after. " I like your one arm." Oh, thank you." she said. Then she told me about why she has one arm and has gone through bullying because of it. I felt so bad for her. She shouldn't go through that.
"You can sit with me at lunch if you want", I said. "Ok, I will." "First I have to tell a friend something on the way." "Okay," she said. We got to know each other and then the bell rang for the next class.
"I'll see you soon," I told her. "Yeah, you as well." I think I'm really gonna like it here in Tulsa.
