Calum was chasing the girl with the sunshine hair through his house.

It was raining outside, a gentle smattering of water covered every window and surface outside.

The girl laughed as she wove through furniture, escaping Calum's grabbing hands each time.

She slowed down just enough so he could keep up, but not enough that he could catch her.

'Come back come back!' Calum called after her, his voice resonated dully throughout the empty house.

'You'll have to catch me first!' she laughed over her shoulder, still not slowing down.

'I can't-I can't keep up!' Calum yelled as the girl disappeared around a corner.

Calum woke with a start.

It was the second time he had dreamt of the girl. It had been nearly a year since the last dream, he had forgotten he even had the dream last year. He was now seven years old.

Calum sat up in his bed and rubbed his eyes, he was supposed to be at school in an hour.

As he got ready, Calum couldn't help but think about how he never found out her name.
