My place

Slowly everyone finished eating. I had went back to the table and sat after I put my dish in the sink. I waited for everyone to get ready. Then I spotted Jeongyeon doing dishes while everyone went to get dressed. I smiled as I approached her, taking a plate and rinsing it off. She looked up at me somewhat shocked "oh it's you y/n, you don't have to-" I cut her off "no I want to. It's the least I could do" she smiled at me and turned back to the dishes. We shared meaningless small talk as we finished.

When we were done she scurried off to change and came out just as the others did. I decided I'd just change at home. Well what was home.

I shook my thoughts away as everyone started to make their way to the door. We all walked out and made our way down the walkway as jihyo locked the door. "So do you just want to follow me or should I give you directions?" Nayeon turned to me "hmm I think we'll just follow you" she smiled and I nodded.

I was about to make my way to my car when someone tugged at my sleve.I turned to Chaeyoung "hey y/n can I ride with you" I smiled and nodded as she hopped about happily. We made our way to my car and got in. She took a dramatically deep breath "what's that smell?" I looked around and grabbed the bag I had purchased yesterday "oh it's just some gifts I got for you guys" she clapped her hands happily.

The whole 20 minutes we were in the car we blasted music and sang our hearts out. We both tried to hit notes we just knew couldn't reach in 'tears'(So Chan Whee). It was honestly so much fun.

After pulling up to my house we stepped out to find the others just down the road. We waited for them to all get out. After I unlocked the door I moved aside to let them enter. I followed suit and shut the door.

They all looked around before entering the livingroom like a school of fish. I smiled "so this is my place..well was." My smile became slightly bitter. I think they noticed because momo quickly spoke "wow what a big collection of music" my chest felt slightly looser from her easy comment "oh yeah, I really like music."

After a while of talking I finally speak about leaving "I'm going to go change, please feel free to make yourselves at home" they nodded as I made my way down the hall and into my room, shutting the door softly behind me. I put my back to it and slid down. I sat on the floor and just stared off into space.

I'm not ready to go this quick. So much happened here, so many memories. I stared at the bed, it was the same bed I came out to wendy on. I looked to the wall near my desk where wendy tried her hardest to paint me a rainbow heart while I was visiting family. I smiled thinking of when I came back and she looked at me so apologetically because the paint started to run and she didn't think it looked good.

I shook my head once again as I stood and went to my closet. I pulled out a pair of shorts and a tshirt. I took my clothes off leaving me in my bra and underwear. I was just about to put the tshirt on when someone knocked on the door. I turned to watch the door open. "Hey y/n momo wants to know if she can have some of those cookies in th-" she stopped midsentence.

She stood still, her eyes were fixated on me. "Yah jihyo unnie why are you still in here" I laughed. She shook herself from her trance "i-i am so s-sorry" I laughed again after she quickly left the room. I finished getting dressed before I could unknowingly give someone else a show.
