to the store

After a while of talking tzuyu came back out and sat at the table, making small talk with mina. All the other girls surrounded me. Suddenly momo spoke. "Yah jihyo I'm hungry," momo said between bites of her journal. "But you're eating right now." Momo took her last bite before putting the plate in the sink. She walked up to jihyo and tugged on her arm. "Come on jihyo please make us some food, I'm hungry" her aeygo must have worked because jihyo sighed in defeat. "Fine but someone has to run to the store for me."
"I will," I said with a smile. "Are you sure?" "Yeah it's the least I can do" "ok, well do you want to take some of the girls with you?" All the girls rush towards me besides mina and tzuyu who were sitting at the table beside us. "I wanna go," they all said. "Y/n you can choose whoever you want. I'm gonna write a list." I looked them over "tzuyu and mina do you wanna come with me?" They turned to me "s-sure" mina said standing up "yeah just let me put my shoes on." She got up and grabbed her shoes.

"Here" jihyo handed me the list. "Tzu-ah be nice" she waved us off as we headed to my car. I got into the driver's seat. Mina and tzuyu both sat in the back. "One of you can sit up here if you want" I laughed "I won't bite I promise" "I'll sit up there I guess, tzuyu you can sit up there on the way back."

As soon as mina buckled in, I started driving. The drive started as a peaceful silence but quickly grew awkward. "So do you guys wanna ask me some questions or something? Try to get to know me?" Mina spoke first "sure, what's your favorite color? Birthday? Sign? Holiday? Movie? Hobbies?" I thought for a moment before replying "I like purple, my birthday is June 24, I'm a cancer, I love Halloween, I like the movie 500 days of summer, and I like to listen to music and cook." Tzuyu scoffed from the backseat "that's all you going to ask?" "Why what do you want to know?" I asked slightly annoyed by her tone. "Deep questions like what is your biggest fear?" "Oh umm...I-i" mina turned to tzuyu "don't just be putting her on the spot like that y/n you don't have to answer" "no it's ok, I guess I have this overwhelming fear of being alone. You see when I was a kid I was shopping with my mother. I said I needed to go to the bathroom and she sent me by myself. I had just walked in and a man followed me in. He..." "oh my god y/n we didn't know." Mina said shocked, hitting Tzu's arm. "I'm so sorry y/n I didn't mean-" I cut tzuyu off before she could finish "we are here"
