BELLA'S POV

It wasn't possible. I had gotten pregnant once and it wasn't possible. I didn't think I could be again. It couldn't happen! It just wasn't possible! "Edward, I swear I am not lying." I say. He looks at me with concern. "I never said you were, love." He says. I nod. I knew. It had felt like everything ha finally come together. I was married to Edward. I had a daughter, Renesmee. I also had the family I'd always dreamed of. But now it was being taken from my grasp again. I was going to have another brush with death. I'd already had so many. It wasn't fair. ''Momma? Will you be ok?" Renesmee asked from across the room. "Yes, Renesmee. I promise I'll be ok." I reassure her. She gives me a watery smile an then I don't think she feels any better. I sure dont. "We'd better run some tests. Just to be sure it isn't something else." Carlisle says. I nod and follow him to his office. We step inside. Of course Edward comes. He wouldn't leave my side now. Renesmee follows. I can tell she's sad. She keeps avoiding all eye contact. I would, too. God, she reminds me so much of my human self. I look around at all Carlisle's equipment. I was in this room when I was pregnant almost a year ago with Renesmee. Before that, when I got stitched up from when Jasper tried to attack me. The human memories are a blur but memorable enough. I sit on a stool. Edward stands by our daughter next to the door. Carlisle gets me hooked up to an ultrasound machine. He runs an instrument up my cold, hard stomach. Everyone in the house is here now. We all look on the monitor for any sign of a child inside me. Sure enough, there is a tiny thing inside me. Carlisle turns to me and says "Bella is right. She is pregnant." We all gasp. The unthinkable has happend to us yet again. I was pregnant. This time not as a human but as a vampire
