We got out tickets to New Jersey and got on the plane "hey um mom" I said "que" she said "do I have to go to middle school there?" I asked "yeah sweetie" she said "ugh ok" I said and went to sleep and woke at 4:am "ugh it's 4 in the morning what am i spouse to do" I said to myself I went on my phone and watch Netflix the rest of the plane flight we finally made it and we got home "OH I CALL THE BETTER ROOM" I yelled "the better room?" my mom said "yeah cause I don't know how this house looks like" I said and ran upstairs

"Woah this is mine" I said "yea ok anyways since it's Saturday and you start school on Monday today you unpack and tomorrow we go shopping for school sounds good" she said "sounds good I guess" I said and she walked away I started and noticed my bracelet was gone "n-n-no no I can't lose that bracelet" I said and started looking everywhere "Mom have you seen my bracelet or a bracelet" I said worried "uh does it say best on it?" She said "YES" I said "oh here I found it on the ground" she said "oh thanks" I said am went upstairs showered and went to sleep the next morning I wake up to my alarm waking up it was 10:30 am so I showered and brushed my teeth and put on my outfit "oh your up and ready" mom said "yeah what's up" I said "oh um you ready to go" she said "the mall right" I said "yea" she said "ok lets go but let me get a granola bar" I said "ok I will wait for you in the car" she said and went in the car and I went to get my granola and went in the car "you ready for middle school" she said "no am not" I said "why" she said "mom I have no friends my only friend was Kairi" I said "oh sweetie you will make friends" she said "yeah but I just miss Kairi" I said "Ik you guys were really close" she said 20 mins later and we made it to the mall and I got off we went and got my school supplies we went home and I was watching YouTube when my mom called me "BRI COME EAT" my mom said I went downstairs "wow smells good" I said "ikr" she said "que hiciste" (what did you make) I asked "pasta" she said "oh ok" I said "sweetie" she said "yeah" I asked "tomorrow you have school and there is a lot of bad people who cause problems and I get it it's middle school but don't get in any fights" she said "but what if they start I don't wanna look scared and tell" I said "Bri no fights because I will be working all day and won't be able to pick you up" she said "I will walk" I said and she sighed "you just don't get don't you" she said eat her pasta "no I don't" I said smiling and eating 5 mins past and we were cleaning the kitchen "well goodnight mom" I said going up stairs "night" my mom said went upstairs and fell asleep.The next day I woke up at 6:am got up showered and put my uniform on and went downstairs "morning" mom said "ughhh I don't wanna go and good morning" I said "well you have to go come on" she said walked to the car and I followed her, we finally make it to my school "bye have fun" she said "bye oh and can I go walking" I said "um sure just be safe" she said and gave me the keys "thanks bye mom" I said "bye" she said and drove off I went in class and introduced myself I saw these girls gossiping about who knows what "hey am Avani" this girl said "hey am Bri" i said "you new" she asked yeah" I said then she saw my hand "what does best stand for" she said and grabbed my arm "oh um my friend since 2nd grade gave it to me he had friends on his but hopefully he doesn't forget me" I said has my eyes got watery the she hugged me "hey don't worry I bet you will met him one day and he's going remember you" she said "thanks I just met you and you make me feel better" I said "that's what I do" she said and smile the hole day I was hanging out with Avani honestly she was best and she was funny and then school was over and I went home then my mom came home she made food we ate and showered and went to bed.
*2 years later*
Today was the last day of 8th grade me and Avani have been friends since 6th grade "hey Avain what high school are you going to?" I asked her "oh um I think am going to Passaic Valley High school hby" she said "oh idk" I said "oh well my mom is calling bye Bri thank you for being here for me and being my best friend I love bye" she said "no thank you" I said and hugged her and we both left I made it home we celebrated we FaceTimed my aunt from Guatemala and we talked for a long time and I went to shower and went to sleep I woke up and it was summer I spent my summer with my mom and visited Avani and we hang out together and have sleepovers and you both took photos together.
