New Life

I got home and met mom cooking whatever,I slumped on the sofa because I was so tired

"Where did you go this early....she asked
"I went job hunting and I got a spot at a coffee shop 5 blocks away... I replied
"Oh really, congratulations darling.. she mused,When are you starting?
" Tomorrow afternoon is when my shift my starts I replied and went to sleep

Next morning
I woke up, changed into my jogging attire,went out for a run
Got back 2 hours later,prepared pasta and sauce

I took a quick shower,wore my clothes,applied a little makeup,tied my hair in a loose ponytail

I ran out the house to the coffee shop,I'm 30 mins early..not bad

I met Manu attending to the customers so I got in for her

A middle aged woman got in later,she looks really rich,well braided her, toning skin, expensive necklace and clothes

She went over to the woman to ask for her order
"Nat,a cup of black coffee with no sugar..she requested

I made it and gave it to her,she blew a kiss to me before leaving...Nora scoffed

"Another cup of cappuccino...she ordered
She left after I gave it to her and came back after 30 mins

"A customer wants to see the lady making the coffee and that's you,he insisted you come over right now....she said

I followed her to where the neatly dressed woman is with another man
"I'm the one making the coffee...I spoke
"You make really good coffee,I want you to work for you,I'm going to pay you 5 times the amount you get here and that means you make coffees for just me and no one else.. he said without looking up
