I turned around and my eyes met with Xavier's own,he was standing there dressed in a three piece suit with his hair neatly gelled to one side,all in his gorgeous glory

"Well well well what do we have here Mr Xavier Jones..... I chuckled sarcastically

"Why ain't you picking my calls or texts or showing up at work.....he asked

"I thought I told you I already resigned which means I'm no longer working for you as whatever and can you please move out of my way, I need to go get ready for my job hunting tomorrow sir...... I told him

"You haven't sent in your resignation letter so you're still my staff and please cut out the whole formalities,it doesn't suit you and you know it........

"Okay Xavier can I go home now please,I'm really tired...... I said hoping he'll move out of the way

"Can we talk babe....he said and I felt butterflies in my stomach when he called me babe

"Yeah you two should settle your whatever, please take her to your place till whenever,I have a date this night and I can't let her stay home all alone... I might be getting fucked all night so you have my blessings to take her home........... Marie jumped in and both Xavier and I crunched our noses in disgust at the whole information she's giving us

"Gee thanks for chasing me away my dear sister...... I said feigning anger

"You know i can't do that but you have to go with your man and maybe he can rip your long overdue hymen out...........she added another information and I was so close to slapping her,my cheeks were so red that I thought I was going to die out of embarrassment

"Wait.....you're a virgin? ......Xavier asked looking at me n smirking....... God let the ground swallow me up now

"Yeah,can we leave now.....I pleaded before I bury myself more in embarrassment

We left the shop after making a solid promise to Marie that I'll kill her when I get back for running her mouth about personal stuffs
We didn't talk all through the ride and I didn't have any problem with that,I closed my eyes few minutes into the journey cause I was really tired thanks to Sia and her playfulness

I felt the car squeak and the ride came to an end, I opened my eyes lazily and came down from the car, I was welcomed into a really beautiful and lavish house or should I say mansion way better than the other one i worked in

I walked in and a Butler welcomed us into the house,the interior was so beautiful and spacious,I wonder how much this house costs
"Where is this place!?

"This is my penthouse,where I stay when I need to calm my head so you're welcome ......he said smiling at me

"Wow it's really beautiful.... Now let's talk and be done with it...... I told him and sat down

"I've known Hailey since I was in high school,she was my junior then and I was a senior,a new student looking for attention from the most popular students and I was the football captain

Her brother was my friend, really close friend..... I knew she liked me but I wasn't interested in her and didn't want to break the bro code so I shunned all of her advances,she was after all the girls I dated in school, threatening or beating them up with her minions hoping to get my attention but she got none

After I graduated,she'd come to the house with the excuse of needing help with something or school work until I travelled for my masters

Few years later, her brother was robbed and murdered,she became shattered,she looked really different from the Hailey I knew then,she was a wreck
I felt it was my fault because I wasn't there when her brother needed me,I wasn't around for him cause I was busy doing my masters,I saw her when we went for the burial and I offered to get her a job in my company so she could at least get her mind off his death

We started off really well with her doing great with work and my staffs until I found out she's rejecting guys cause of me,I tried to talk to her like a sister but she still insisted she's in love with me,I stayed away from her but I couldn't take the job away because that's her only source of livelihood

She controlled herself around me until the day we had sex when we were drunk,she became really possessive and insecure,she chases every lady she sees in my office or around me
She felt she owned me and could dictate for me many times but honestly I'm sorry".....he said holding my hands

"I didn't know all these Xav,I'm sorry for concluding so fast......I apologizing feeling like a fool

"It's ok babe,I'll sack immediately I get to work tomorrow

"No keep her but let her know her stand,I don't want to share my man or else I'll punch her fake nose...... I threatened

"Jealousy looks good on you baby...... ..I said and I smiled

"What should we eat babe.....food or me?

I smiled at his cockiness, slapped his head and he pulled me down and begin to tickle me which made tears roll down my eyes
