Sabito shuffled his way to the direction of said flower shop after safely getting Giyuu home, the sun dipping in the horizon, painting the sky with hues of orange and red, shining upon his figure and other locals buzzing by him.
"Kanae-san?" He whispered, looking around the interior, lined with different flowers, of the emporio with his eyes darting everywhere before inviting himself in, the bells jingling that indicates he came in and a familiar figure emerges from the back room.
"Good afternoon, Sabito." Kanae beamed with such enthusiasm brimming to the top even after a long, exhausting day, a smile displayed on her face to hide her tiredness. "What brings you here?"
"Ah, I wanted to buy a bouquet of chrysanthemums." He meekly said, shuffling up to the older woman who had a lightbulb switch open in her head.
"Ah! Of course." Kanae chuckled and off she disappeared into the back room, leaving Sabito standing awkwardly, leaning against the counter as he waited for her to come back with the requested flowers.
"Here." Kanae handed him said bouquet, nicely wrapped in clear plastic to preserve the shape, typing away on the cash registration. "That'll be ¥13,507.97 (£100)."
Sabito gladly slammed down the exact money the bouquet is worth and booked out of the room, beyond excited and nervous at the same time, pondering over the situation and consequences.
"If that ain't love..." Kanae muttered, chuckling to herself as she round up the shop to close for the day.
