"Sabito-senpai!" Someone yelled behind him, rushed footsteps shuffling closer to him as his body whirled around, curiosity in his eyes.
"Makomo-chan." Sabito smiled when he saw the small girl huffing in front of him, cheeks flushed from running across the whole school to deliver something to him.
"Someone wants... to give this... to you." Makomo held out her hand, revealing a crisp yet seemingly new white envelope wedged between her pointer and middle finger, struggling to control her breath.
Sabito received the envelope in her hands, stamped with a sealing wax to prevent anyone from ripping it open and possibly tear the letter to shreds neatly contained inside.
The wax is adorned with a heart and initials within it, confusing the upperclassman even more.
"Thank you, Makomo-chan. I respect you having to run across the whole school to deliver this." He complimented his kouhai, which flustered the girl even more so. She bowed and hastily shuffled away, leaving him to enter the classroom which is practically beside him, unbeknownst to him his classmates saw and heard everything - to a certain degree, since they mis-heard some parts of the initial conversation.
"YO, SABITO YOU'RE SO LUCKY TO HAVE A BEAUTIFUL GIRL FALL IN LOVE WITH YOU!" One fellow classmate yelled as soon as he entered the room, being berated by a few jealous boys who had been keeping tracks on her for a while.
"You must've misinterpreted the conversation," Sabito replied, waving his hand as he sat down on his desk. "I don't have any interests in my kouhai-."
"ACCEPT THE GODDAMN CONFESSION!" Akinori screamed at him, his hands full of the other male's half-and-half haori, glancing at the confession.
"SHUT THE FUCK UP, YOU BUFFOON!!" Sanemi finally snapped, his eyes enraged as he bores fires into the back of the yelling male's skull, roasting his soul to ashes. "CAN'T YOU FUCKING SEE HE HASN'T EVEN OPENED THE GODDAMN LETTER? YOU BLOODY SON OF A BITCH!"
Akinori backed away in fright, eerily silent as he slipped away to his desk, an aura of darkness surrounding him. Sabito let out a breath he didn't know he was holding as he smoothens the crumpled places of the haori where the male previously gripped on it like a lifeline.
His eyes fixated on the seal as he whipped out his switch blade from his pocket, only members of the Breath Users club like him, Giyuu, and Tanjiro can carry a small weapon for defence.
In a blink of an eye, Sabito swiftly detached the wax from the envelope, the flap slightly lifting but still not revealing the letter inside.
He pushed the flap up, digging his fingers inside the envelope until he pulled out a simple, white note.
Sabito delicately opened the folded letter, his eyes skimming over the contents before a light blush spreads across his cheeks, eyes wide in shock and adoration.
Sabito,
Would you like to hang out on Sunshade Cafe this Saturday on 10:30 AM? Of course, I don't mind you refusing, but it feels... fun with you around.
Giyuu Tomioka
'Of course, you goddamn thief that stole my heart.' Sabito thought, stashing away the letter and focused on calming down his blush that kept darkening each second.

At the same time
"Giyuu-senpai!" Tanjiro yelled the said male for him to stop walking to his class, which is just a few steps away. The upperclassman turned with dull yet swirling with life eyes as curiosity caught up to him when he noticed the letter in his kouhai's hand.
"Someone wanted to give this to you." He told him as he thrusted his hand with the envelope into his senpai's hand, shuffling away afterwards, leaving Giyuu in his own fine mess of thoughts and silence.
Giyuu swiftly cut away the sealing wax that held the flap closed as he maneuvered his way through the classroom to get to his desk on the farthest end, where the light and darkness met.
'Weird.' He thought as he pulled the letter out of the envelopes reach, unfolding it. 'No one ever gives me letters except for berating ones from Shinobu.'
Giyuu,
Would you like to hang out on Sunshade Cafe this Saturday on 10:30 AM? Of course, I don't mind you refusing, but it feels... fun with you around.
Sabito
Giyuu calmly gave the envelope the letter back, stashing it away into the deep void he call his bag, before banging his head on his desk, hiding his face away from the world with his arms.
"Hey." Mitsuri tapped his shoulder, concerned for the other male. "Are you okay?"
"Leave me alone." He groaned, muffled by his arms that shielded away his last bit of sanity to keep up with the goddamn heart thief he named Sabito.

"Tanjiro-kun, when you skimmed my plan, are you really sure? I mean, when they meet, they will, for sure, know we're setting them up."
"I'm 100 percent sure, Makomo-chan. Besides, I told Mitsuri-san and Tokito-san to back us up when our covers are gonna blow off."
"You told Mitsuri-senpai and Muichirou-senpai!?"
"They are completely a-okay with our plan. They know how head over heels Sabito-senpai and Giyuu-senpai are to each other."
"So, now we wait?"
"Now we wait."
