"Guys I'm sorry. Looks like were going to be stuck here for a while." Miss Thompson sighs.

I look down at my phone and turn the My Chemical Romance song I've been listening to up.

The plane is delayed.

And it's awkward.

So very awkward.

Will and I haven't looked at each other let alone spoken once in the past week.

And as for me and Lucas.

I have been successfully avoiding him.

So it was needless to say I was dreading Washington this morning when I woke up at the ungodly hour of 4:30am.

And to top the pile of shit that is this trip it turns out the other girl from the other class that is going is the one and the only slut of the century Katie Turnton.

I'm currently sitting with my back to Katie and listening to amazing but depressing music.

I look up and see Lucas come to sit next to me. "I need to pee." I announce getting up violently.

"Harriet." I hear him say but I still don't stop.

I walk into the restroom and splash a little water onto my practically makeupless face.

I look around the bathroom to see if any one is around.

I clench my teeth and slam my hand down onto the hard tile and scream out shortly but loudly, my head falls to my knees as I slide down the wall so I'm clasped onto the floor.

"Errr, are... yo... o-o-k?" I foreign girl who had suddenly emerged struggled with her English.

"I'm fine." I say quietly. "Just stupid fucking boys."

"No American boys for me." she says still struggling past the language barrier.

"And me." I say grumpily.

"Have to go back to Ukraine because American boy broke heart." she smiles nervously.

I look up and sigh. "That really sucks."

"It's o-k ,Ukraine boys love me." she laughs, striking a pose.

I laugh. "Maybe I'll have a better chance with some Ukrainian boys then."

"Maybe." she smiles. "Just..." she starts to sing and dance. "Shake it off, shake it off." she laughs.

I start to join in dancing and singing Taylor Swift and laughing with this random girl in an airport restroom.

I don't think I will forget that in a while.

I walk out practically beaming.

"Why'd you look so happy?" Katie scowls swishing past me and through the door.

"Because I realised I'm better than you." I laugh.

I walk to our gate and see a circle of people and a lot of shouting.

I wander over to see what there all looking at.

There on the floor beating the crap out of each other is Will and Lucas.

"You shouldn't have kissed her." Lucas shouts throwing a punch at Will but missing.

"I can kiss her if I like!" Will groans punching him back.

"Not her you dick!" He screams.

"Oh because you've always been there for her have you?!" He grunts kneeing Lucas. "Practically harassing her in the hallway, huh?!"

"Oh fucks sake stop punching each other." I shout pulling Will off Lucas. "Grow up, Jesus!"

Will goes the strike Lucas again but I pull him back pulling him into a restraining hug. "He started it!" Will grumbles.

"Will, you sound like a three year old. Shut up." I say to Will, then I look over at Lucas. "And what the fuck you starting a fight in an airport for?!" I shout.

"He aggravated me." Lucas sulks.

"Well of corse he did he's Will." I say. "Will?"

"How did I aggravate you?!" Will shouts.

"I was just trying to protect you!" Lucas shouts to me.

"From what? Him!" I laugh. "I don't need protecting from Will."

"Well you seemed pretty pissed that night on the party."

I roll my eyes. "I was drunk, you think the fact that we were nice to each other once one night means you have to right to protect me? Bull shit! Don't best the crap out of my best friend!" I defend.

I sit Will down as the crowd dispatches. "Are you okay?" I say cleaning up his bleeding lip.

"I am now." he smiles.

"How come?"

"Because you're talking to me again." he smiles bringing my into a large hug.

I laugh. "Get off me you creep." I joke.

"So will you sit with me on the plane?!" He says excitedly.

"I'll sit with you on the plane." I give in.

I'm glade we're taking again, I mean all it took was a fist fight, but still.
