Hey guys! So I have had this one shot idea pinging around the back of my head for a while. Without giving too much away, enjoy!♥♥♥

~~~~~~
Chapter info: Begins with Finntaine getting together. Ends with her parents figuring out because Fontaine begins to get a bad attitude, something that happens when she's hiding something.
Finn is 17, Fontaine 16.
"You have no idea." Fontaine's laughter echoed through her bedroom as she chatted with smiling Finn.
Okay, she was aware that her parents would probably kill her if they knew, and Ant had already tried, but Fontaine really liked him. Finn was cute, he was sweet and if nothing else, he valued her friendship.
"You guys searching for sunken treasure at the moment?" Fontaine asked Finn.
Finn smirked and flexed his now well defined and developed muscles. "Yeah, no. Mads is going out by herself so dad had decided he's going to go get laid, leaving me here with Danny Boy and the other idiots."
Fontaine blushed and smiled. "Sounds fun. I think."
"It would be much better if you were here." Finn smiled flirtatiously. He knew Fontaine pretty well now. He knew her likes, dislikes, and he really liked her.
"Shut up pirate boy." Fontaine rolled her eyes. "Anyway my parents want me. I think it's dinner time or something."
"Lucky you. Hey, if you're not busy tomorrow night, meet me at the floating market. I wanna take you somewhere." Finn said.
"An if I am busy?" Fontaine asked, a bright smile spreading across her face.
"We'll have to reschedule." Finn shrugged.
"Okay fine. What do I wear?"
"You'll look beautiful in anything." Finn smirked. "But something warmish. It's winter where we're going above water."
"Deal. Gotta go, talk to you later pirate boy." Fontaine called, blowing a kiss before hanging up.
As she walked out of her room down to the kitchen, she twirled her hair in her fingers and unconsciously smiled. Both of the teens knew that they were flirting with each other and obviously had some kind of feelings for each other.
Infact, since they'd first met when she was 13, it was clear they liked each other from the beginning. Teasing, flirting, and seeking each other out in any given situation. They chatted all the time, confided in each other, if they were in public together most people would assume they were dating. Even Hammerhead as dumb as he was could tell something was up.
Don't ask him what though. But despite their relationship, or lack thereof, Finn and Fontaine both seemed to hold back because of their own fears. Finn felt like Fontaine would never really like a pirate, and Fontaine felt he parents would ruin everything if they did end up dating.
But at this point, both of their insecurities were basically mute. Finn realised he was in too deep to care, and so did Fontaine.
"Fontaine, I called you three times." Will reprimanded his daughter when they sat down to eat.
"Sorry, dad. Jess called, some jerk at school won't leave her alone." Fontaine replied. Kaiko nodded and so did Will, but Ant didn't quite believe his sister. She'd definitely been talking to Finn. Not that he should complain.
If there was one upside to Fontaine talking to Finn, it was that she was a very good actor. She could easily allow people and get them to believe anything she said. It came especially in handy when she was dealing with the pirate.
