The Tribrid

Chapter 8

When I woke up I was back in my human form. Back in my cage. And a collar was back on my neck. My hands were tied. Lucky my legs we free and my mouth wasn't taped this time. I quickly stood up to see strange boy outside my cage cage. He had sandy colored hair with hazel colored eyes. He looked about my height except maybe a little taller. Probably about 5'5. I quickly asked "who are you?"

"I'm surprised you don't remember me but maybe this will help" he said and then he transformed into a small white cat.

"Alex?" I said. 

"Bingo!" He replied as he turned back into his human form.

I looked gave him a confused look. "How can you turn into a human. I thought I was the only animal who could do that."

He looked at me and gave me a warm smile. I felt my heart racing. Omg he's so cute! No Sierra stay focused! I quickly snapped out of my thought as he was about to speak. "Well all animals who are tribrids or hybrids can have a human form. I am a hybrid, part cat and part wolf."

"No way! Your a hybrid?" I asked in a surprised voice.

"Settle down princess." I heard another voice and looked at the basement stairs to see Kyle standing there. He walked up to my cage and sat next to Alex. "Your probably wandering why Alex is free to roam around and your not." I nodded. Kyle spoke again. "Well when Alex was a little kitten, me and Steve found him and took him home. We took good care of him. Then when me, Steve, Erick, and Brandon were in trouble and surrounded by giant bears. We all heard a howl in the distance and saw a wolf take all of the bears down. When all the bears ran off, the wolf walked up to us and transformed into a cat. That was when we found out that Alex was a hybrid. Instead of being a pet, Alex is more like a friend. We made an agreement. He would gather information for us while we provided him with food and a place to stay."

This was really confusing. I gave Alex and Kyle a confused look. Alex spoke up. "Well Kyle your brothers should be done with dinner. Why don't we go and get something to eat."

"Good idea. See you later princess" Kyle said as he they both good up and left. Alex was the first one to exit and Kyle turned back and blew me a kiss. I rolled my eyes at him as he smirked and then left. At first he didn't want anything to do with me and now he's all flirty. I don't understand him.
