"Mia" I snapped my head towards the voice as a smile took over my lips. Aria, Alicia, Roni and the other guys sautered towards me and Cam, careful not to make loud sounds. I was taken completely off guard when my girls pulled me into a bear hug. Touched, I allowed myself to be trapped in between them. It felt nice. "We're going to get him alright Mia?" Nodding, I turned to face Cam who seemed to have a plan in that brilliant head of his.
"Mia this may scare you a little bit but you're going to have to go in alone" Scare was an understatement. I glowered at him, searching for any signs of jest in those eyes. There was nothing but firmness in those fiery eyes, and I sighed, knowing that I had no way out on this. I needed him out of there. I nodded, readying myself to get into this one son-of-a-bitch warehouse. "Wait, give me your phone" Passing my phone to Cameron, I watched as he called his own phone and passed in back to me swiftly. "Don't hang up alright, so if there's any trouble, we can hear you out" With a pat ony my back and a few 'good luck' passing around, I took a huge amount of breath and slowly walked into the warehouse.
It was dark, and horrible. Everything about the atmosphere lingering around here is just, wrong. Holding back to urge to barf at the sudden terrible smell, I quicken my steps to retreat from the spot where I was, hiding behind the cargo boxes when I overheard a familiar woman voice from a distance. "Do you have the vehicle set?" "Yes ma'am, it's right outside" My heart beat quicken, knowing that they're escaping soon. As I looked around, seeing no guards or just anyone in general, I tiptoed closer to the source of light where the voice of a woman seemed to come from. A feeling of ease swept through me when my gaze fell onto a male figure seated on the floor, tied against the wall. From the broadness of his shoulders and the fading blonde hair, I knew without a doubt it was Jude. Just as I was about to head in, the three huge men sauntered into the room.
"Take him off" No! Panic swelled within me. I didn't know what to then. I wanted to run into the room, grab Jude and make a run for it. But even I knew it was stupid, and impossible to escape there safely as soon as my eyes fell onto a pistol on the back pocket of the giants (look who made up a new nickname again). Racking my brain for a plan, I was interrupted when another man ran into the room, mumbling something I couldn't quite catch on. "What?! Did you checked the tyres before you came here?!" Knowing this is one of Cam's brilliant idea, I smirked, watching as they threw Jude to the floor vigorously, as they ran outside. No one throws my Jude like that. Coast clear, I made a run towards him, fishing out a razor blade and quickly cut through the ropes on tying his hands together. "Mia! You came" Hushing him, I allowed Jude to engulf me in a tight hug as I smoothed his hair out soothingly. "We need to get out of here Jude" "Should have done that as soon as you set him free" Both our head snapped towards the woman voice whom I recognized as Jude's step mother and stared at them, eyes budged.
"Hello there young lady, allow me to introduce myself. I'm Theresa, Jude's step mother" More like one fucked up step mother. "We have some unfinished business with him so if you'll excuse us" I watched as she sauntered towards us, her hips swaying side to side in that red bodycon dress which I must add, might have revealed too much skin. "I'm sorry, Theresa" I began, adding a little edge to her name. "I know what you're planning, and I'm going to do whatever it takes to destroy it" Glaring through her soul, I tighten the grip around Jude's wrist. I was taken off guard for a second when Theresa released a wicked laugh, but began to compose myself again when she slowly closed the gap between us. "Last warning honey, leave Judy in mommy's good hands, turn around and walk out like this never happened before things get really bloody around here" My lips twitched, eyes still glaring into her dark orbs.
Truth is, I was stuck.
So I did what my conscious told me. I nodded at her, releasing Jude's grip on my hand and lifting it up in surrender. "Alright, take Jude" I said, my lips curled into a smirk. Come on Cameron, come on. I watched as Theresa grinned at me, telling me I made a good decision with her eyes as she grabbed onto Jude's wrist and tugging him rather harshly. Jude screamed my name, cursing once in a while, struggling to free himself from the grip. "Come on Cameron" I muttered under my breath, hoping they could hear the pleading and petrified tone in my voice. I felt my heart sank when my eyes met his, fulled with disappointment and betrayal. Why are they taking so fucking long?!
