Todoroki x Suicidal! Depressed! Reader - Part 2

All Todoroki could do was stare at the illuminated TV.

You appeared on the news. You caused fires and broken buildings. Heroes were heavily injured, but no one was killed just yet.

He just stared. Gears turned inside his brain, but nothing seemed to click.

Why would you do this?

What happened?

"Y..Y/n." He breathes out, standing up.

Even though he saw you with those terrifying tendrils and eyes with black scleras and red irises..

He didn't want to believe that you wanted this.

Flashback;

You stepped away from everyone during the quirk test. You didn't use your quirk at all, because you had the choice.

You watched everyone and their amazing quirks make the ball fly through the air, while some just through it based solely on physical strength. You did the same thing, so it didn't matter.

And after everyone was done, you and your classmates headed back to the class.

Well, everyone but you and a certain male.

The male stood in front of you, his white and red hair flowing in the wind.

"Why didn't you use your quirk?" He asks bluntly.

"O-Oh. My quirk.. isn't used for that kind of thing. You know?" You explain nervously.

"No, I don't know." He states plainly. "I know you have a strong quirk, L/n."

"I.." You look down at your feet shamefully.

"Please answer my question. After that I will leave you alone." He shoves his hands in his pockets.

"Well.. You don't have to but.. I'll tell you anyways because there's no one near us."

So, you told him about your quirk, and how it will take over your body when you use it. You explained to him that you came to UA to help control your quirk to use it for selfless reasons.

He never, ever forgot that.

End of flashback:

"Y/n..!" He turns towards his front door, and heads out.

"SHOTO! What do you think you're doing!?" His father calls out after him.

He just ran.

Ran towards the highest building in Musustafu.

You growled at the approaching heroes in front of you, tendrils swirling around defensively.

"I'LL KILL YOU! DON'T COME ANY CLOSER!" You scream out, sweat beading down your face.

You and the heroes were at the very top of the building. Voices in your head yelled at you to kill them, but something lodged deep inside you told you not to. You settled on immobilizing them instead.

You may have become a monster, but a small sliver of human was still there.

That part was protecting a small fire that burned inside you.

And when that fire goes out, you lose yourself forever.

"KILL THEM, Y/N! DON'T BE AFRAID! NO ONE CAN DO ANYTHING BECAUSE YOU'LL BE DEAD!"
