~Third Person POV~
A couple days later, Patton was in his room with Logan, who was currently cleaning off Parton's arms. Patton winced a little, causing Lagan to stop momentarily. "Are you alright, Patton?" he asks gently.
Patton nods a little. " It- It just stings a little..." Logan sighs quietly, continuing to clean them with a gentle expression. "I know, but you have to clean them." he says. "I didn't even know they were bleeding..." Patton murmurs.
Logan looks at him momentarily before bandaging them. " Not badly, but they were still open cuts regardless, and could have gotten infected if left untreated."
Patton looks down, pulling his arms back to himself when Logan was done and holding them under his knees.
"I don't get it, Logie..." He says. Logan blushes very slightly at the nickname, but acts as his normal self.
"Get what?" Logan asks. Patton looks at him, resting his cheek on one of his knees in a cute little way.
"Why did you clean them for me? I-i mean they're not exactly... Attractive, a-and-.." he starts, getting cut off by Logan's look of sympathy.
"Why wouldn't I? I care about you, Patton. I wanted you to feel better- Er.. Physically, at least.." Logan says, looking to the side briefly.
Patton gave a small, but genuine smile. "You make me feel better in both ways, Logie Bear." he says, gently kissing Logan.
Logan blushes a little and returns the kiss. When they pull away, Patton giggles softly, making Logan smile. "You do know your lips are chapped right?" he murmurs quietly, running his thumb on Patton's bottom lip lightly.
Patton blushes at that. "Y-yeah, well I do uh.. You know, lick them out of habit a lot." He says, to which Logan smiles a little more.
"I don't blame you, they're sweet, just like you." Logan says, his smile turning to a small, almost proud smirk.
Patton's face goes completely red. "Ar-are you-- are you flirting with me?!" he asks, embarrassed. Logan chuckles softly and backs away a little, just so Patton wasn't so flustered.
"Yes, I suppose that would be categorized as a flirtatious statement." He says.
~Logan's POV~
I look over to Patton, still smiling a bit. He seems to have decided to hide his face because, well, I flustered him. He's so...
Adorable.
"Now then," I say, and Patton looks up at me. "We should probably go get lunch started, correct?" I tell him. He smiles a little and nods, standing up with me.
He's been working on his mental health since we started dating. I've noticed he seems a little bit happier now, and I'm glad.
"Wait can you even cook, Logan?" Patton asks me as we head to the kitchen.
"A hell of a lot better than you used to be able to, yes-" I joke with him. "Hey!" he says with a giggle.
(Logan's face after that question: somewhere between 😑 and 😌)
I notice something when we get to the kitchen; Patton seems a little.. I don't know, flustered? Distracted? Both?
"Is something on your mind, Patton?" I ask him. He looks at me, and slowly smiles. At least the smile was genuine though.
"Y-yeah. Just uh," he says, getting the necessary things out for cooking. "Thinking 'bout... Something." he says, vaguely evasively.
"Care to elaborate?" I ask carefully. Patton gave somewhat if a nervous chuckle and points his hand at me.
I felt myself smile at that.
"Ah. Because of what I said earlier?" I say, to which Patton nods as he starts the oven.
I laugh quietly. "You're adorable, Patton." I tell him. Patton blushes, quite a lot actually, but smiles a little.
~Patton's POV~
Gosh, good golly. How- I didn't realize Logan knew how to flirt like this-
Gahhhhhh I'm totally blushing, aren't I?
Logan smiles almost playfully at me. "Why are you blushing?" he asks. "No- uh, w-well cuz you said I'm adorable a-and I'm- I'm not-" jeez, I can't even talk right!
"Oh, yes you are." Logan says, walking over to me and holding me by my waist with one arm. "U-uh- um-" I stutter.
He holds my chin gently with his other hand, making me look at him. "I may lie about some things, Patton, but I would never lie about this." he tells me, kissing me for a moment before pulling away, smiling and letting me go.
"I- u-uh-" I start, interrupted by Remus. "Get a room if you're going to do that, Logan~ don't tease the poor kitty cat." he says.
I swear Logan blushed a little. "Hello Remus." he says simply. "W-wait, what does that mean..?" I ask, to anyone who will answer. Remus smirks widely. "It means you two need to fu-" he starts, but gets cut off by Logan smacking a hand over Remus's mouth.
"Don't- don't worry about it, Patton. It means nothing." he says, though I'm not sure if he was trying to convince me or Remus.
"Okay, um." I say, adjusting the hoodie around my neck and starting to cook lunch.
~Third Person POV~
Logan spoke in a hushed tone so Patton wouldn't hear him. "You ruin his innocence, I ruin you." he says to Remus. "Kinky." Remus says back.
Logan rolls his eyes. "You know what I meant." he says. "I just want this tension gone, Logan. Your guys' sexual tension is so strong I swear to god I could cut it with a butter knife."
"Stop talking about-! Oh my god, I'm not going to do that to him!" Logan hush-yelled.
Patton glances back at them briefly, and Logan gave a small, forced smile as if to say, ‘don't worry about what's happening over here’.
"You know you want to." Remus says with a smirk. Logan blushes slightly, but clears his throat quietly. "You don't know what I want, Remus."
Remus shrugs in defeat. "Alright then, if you wanna be stubborn about it. But I have my bet it'll happen, one way or another." he says before going to his room.
Logan sighs and walks up to Patton. "What was that?" Patton asks. Logan, still trying to hide a small blush, replies with, "Nothing, Patton. Just Remus being himself. Nothing to worry about."
"Oh, did he embarrass you? You're kinda blushing a little.." Patton says with a cute little head tilt.
Logan smiles a little, planting a kiss on Patton's forehead. "I'm alright, Patton. Let's get lunch ready, okay?" he says.
"Okay!" Patton says, once again sounding cheerful.
