PLOT
Based on the story by Antoine de Saint-Exupery, this magical musical fable begins as a pilot makes a forced landing on the barren Sahara Desert. He is befriended by a "little" prince from the planet Asteroid B-612. In the days that follow, the pilot learns of the small boy's history and planet-hopping journeys in which he met a King, a businessman, an historian, and a general. It isn't until he comes to Earth that the Little Prince learns the secrets of the importance of life from a Fox, a Snake, and the pilot.
IDLE TALK
The distinction between being an adult and a child isn't a clear one. Does one automatically become an adult at a certain age? Or is there some kind of rite of passage? Although the terms "adult" and "child" are used thoughtlessly... Their meanings get more muddled the longer one thinks about them. These feelings of uncertainty may be seen as childish. If that's the case... I suppose I'll forever remain a child. If you ever feel like contemplating this topic... You should read The Little Prince.
The Little Prince is a novel by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. "What is essential is invisible." That is the most famous line, but... There are many good ones, too. What's wrong? You think it's odd for me to talk about The Little Prince? Even adults can enjoy this piece of children's literature.
You should read it if you haven't yet. I'm quite convinced you'll enjoy it.
