"Hello?"
"Hey it's me. You free if I come around for a sec?"

God I missed him.
"Oh uh, now?"
"Is that okay?"
"Yeah okay, I'll see you in a little bit."
I quickly got in the shower with Theo and got out.
I heard a knock at the door and groaned.
Crap, neither of us were even dressed yet.
"Come in." I called out and heard the door open.
"Ava?"
"In here!" I said again, putting a nappy on Theo.
The door slowly opened and I looked up.
"Kalyn." I mumbled and he gave me a smile.
"Well well, who do we have here?" He grinned, looking down at Theo.
"Kalyn this is Theo." I whispered & Theo grabbed my hand as I laid it on his belly.
I smiled down at him and Kalyn smiled.
"Hi mate, you look exactly like a Theo." He laughed and I grinned.
"Doesn't he. He's absolute perfection."
"He's gorgeous." Kalyn whispered, putting his hand on mine.
"You're gorgeous." He whispered again and I looked down at his hand on mine.
I closed my eyes and sighed.
"Kay..."
"I can't not be with you Ava."
"You..."
"Forget everything I said before, baby I love you so damn much." He grabbed my cheeks and I couldn't even contain myself anymore.
The tears dropped down my cheeks and he sighed.
"I'm so sorry for leaving, fuck I'm so sorry. That was the stupidest thing I've ever done."
"Please don't be kidding." I cried, looking up into his eyes.
"I would never joke about this. Please Ava, please come home. I miss you like crazy & Theo needs a dad in his life. Let me be his dad baby, I'll treat him like he's my own. Let me make things right, we can be the family we've both always dreamed of."
"Kay.."
"Please." He whispered, a tear dripping down his face.
"I... I'm moving home in a week Kalyn, I've bought a house. I can't stay here."
"Please, I need you here with me." He begged, looking up at me through his tear-stricken eyes.
"I can't."
"I'll buy the house off you. Please Ava, I'll do anything."
I picked Theo up and sighed.
"I'm sorry Kalyn. I need to go to my home now."
"I'm your home, just like you're my home. You're my home baby."
I walked into the lounge room and warmed a bottle for Theo.
"Av..."
"I need time." I sighed and he nodded.
"I'll go, just please think about this." He whispered, kissing my forehead.
He rubbed Theo's head and I sighed.
"You've got a good mommy mate, look after her."
I watched his back as he left and as soon as the door closed, I let it all out.
My tears brought Theo's on and I sighed.
"I'm sorry buddy, I'm sorry." I cried, wiping my tears and trying to feed him his bottle.
"It's okay, you're okay. Hey, how about we call nonna? She gets very excited to see you." I whispered and eventually managed to calm him down.
