Mac's POV
Nock-nock!
I hear a nock on the door as I get up to answer it.
"Oh uh hello officer" I said, facing the cop.
"Hello there Mac" The cop said, resting his thumbs upon his big belt around his waste. "May I come in?"
"Oh sure" I said as I open the door wider for him.
The cop steps in taking a look around the place, until he noticed someone sleeping on the sofa.
"Is she sleeping?" The cop asks.
"Um yeah, I'll wake her up" I said, walking over to Ash as I gently shake her shoulder. "Wake up Ash"
Ash remains asleep.
"Heh, she's just really tired since she's sick" I said to the cop as the cop didn't seem amused.
"Ash wake up" I said again, shaking her shoulder more.
Ash began to stretch and yawn from her blankets as she sits up from her sofa.
"Ugh!" Ash said as she took a good look at the cop through her tired eyes.
I quickly grabbed her shoulder from attempting to go roll back in the sofa with the blanket.
"Well it's nice to see you too" The cop said with a chuckle.
Ash just throws off a fake sarcastic smile at the cop. "Really?"
"Alright calm down" the cop said. "We both know why I'm here"
"Tsk!" Ash said as she crosses her arms, looking away from the cop.
Childish as always..
"Now, ankle out" The cop asks.
Ash gets her ankle out, but the one that doesn't have a brace.
"I meant the other one" The cop said.
"Why not just put it on this one? My other one is kinda messed up" Ash said with an annoyed tone.
"Well alright then if that's how you want it" The cop said as he gets out a freshly new ankle brace.
The cop gets on knee level to carefully put the ankle brace around Ash. It took a few moments to make sure it was secure around Ash. Ash started to yawn.
"Are you done now?" Ash tiredly asks.
"Yup, there ya go" The cop said with a smile. "Now ya happy?"
Ash coughs as she kept a straight face afterwards, totally unamused. "I'm not gonna answer that" Ash said, clearing her throat as she takes out her other ankle with the broken tracker.
"Now hurry up so I can knock out" Ash said in an annoyed tone and a sniff.
"Well that's not very respectful now is it?" The cop asked.
