Mac's POV
"Wake up shorty!" I jerk myself up from the sudden wake up call from Ash.
"Wh-what?!" I said, rubbing my head right after I woke up. "What are you doing here Ash?" I tiredly asked as I huffed in annoyance.
Ash gasps. "You don't want me to be here?!" Ash gives me the puppy dog face.
"N-no, it's not that" I said, smirking at her puppy dog look.
Now that's adorable.
"I mean you're supposed to do community clean up" I said.
"Ohh Haha, Yeah I chose not to go" Ash said.
That's strange..
"What?" I said. "That's weird" I sat on the edge of the bed.
"You know if you try those tricks, the authorities will find out" I seriously said, looking straight at her face. "And then they'll come and take you away.." I softly said.
I don't want that to happen.
"Trust me" I said. "I really don't want that to happen to you as much as you don't"
"Oh?" Ash said, walking closer to me. "And why's that?" Ash flutters her eyelashes with a smile.
"Uhh.." I trailed off. "B-because uhh.."
"Admit it shorty.." Ash said. "You like me"
I look at her in surprise of what she just said and fell silent.
"Uhh.. What?" I blush. "N-no I mean I-"
"Hushhhhh-shhhh.." She puts a pointer over my lips before I could finish.
I eyed her pointer on my lips and then back at her.
"I like you too Mac.." Ash said with a giggle. "It's too obvious!"
In surprise, I look at her as my heart raced. A million happy thoughts and emotions ran through my body. As if I won a trophy after a match, only this feels more than just a trophy..
I cough as I blush. "S-so uhh.." I said, looking away as I rub the back of my neck with a chuckle. "Ohh man I'm a mess right now.." I said.
I turn back to accidentally hit my lips against Ash's lips. This made me blush like crazy and my eyes the size of saucers. After that split second of surprise, I soften my lips against Ash's and closed my eyes.
This is the best day of my - BZZZZ!
I shot open my eyes, facing the ceiling. I turn to the sound of my phone buzzing next to me as it annoyingly kept ringing.
"Oh.." I quietly said as I rub my face with both of my hands.
It was just a dream.. it felt so.. so..
Real.
I groaned.
How can I be so stupid!
