I have come to the conclusion that I don't want there to be too much angst in this book as I'm clearly not the best at writing it😂. I still hope you all enjoy what I decide to continue writing 💜
Namjoon
"Tae, don't go too far baby. I still need to be able to see you, okay?"
I should have never agreed to do this. Jungkook better be lucky I love these babies.
"Jimin, don't eat your fingers baby. Want your paci? Hm?"
I don't think Jimin should still have his pacifier, but Jin still gives it to him, so I guess he should be fine.
It feels nice to be outside now that I think about it. I get to watch Taehyung play and I get to hold my adorable nephew.
"Jimin, you're a chunky little baby, you know that?" Jimin just giggles at me and continues to suck on his pacifier.
"Don't laugh at me. I'll tell your appa on you." "Appa?" "Yep. I'm gonna tell your appa you laughed at me."
Jimin giggles again as I pick him up and place him onto my lap, turning him around to face me.
"Are you hungry Jimin? Your appa packed lost of snacks for you and Taehyung."
"TT?" "Yeah baby. Lots of snacks for you and TT. I hope you can eat these though. You've only got four teeth."
Taking Jimin's pacifier from him, I open a little packet of jellies Jin packed for the kids to eat, feeding one to Jimin and watching as he tries to eat it.
Watching him puts a smile on my face as I remember the days when he was first born; such a tiny little thing.
The day Jin gave birth to him had myself, Yoongi, and Hoseok all on edge.
The doctor tried to tell us that he wasn't supposed to be alive to take care of his child because of the fact that he had a rather difficult pregnancy.
It was all because of that bastard he so badly wanted to believe was such a great boyfriend to him.
"Aish Jimin, what is it baby?" I'm taken out of my thoughts by tiny hands on my chest.
Jimin points to the tiny packet of jellies in my hand, silently asking for more.
"You know, you're just like your appa. You love jellies just as much as he does and you can barely eat them."
Jimin whines a bit before starting to bounce in my lap a bit. Such an impatient baby I swear.
"Kim Jimin. If you don't stop now, I'll put the jellies away."
Jimin stops for a moment before pouting and reaching for the jellies.
Our little bickering session comes to an end when I hear a child crying.
"Oh god, Taehyung!" Quickly getting up with Jimin, I rush over to the playground I let Taehyung go off to, only to find him on the ground holding his knee, tears falling over his chubby cheeks.
"Awww baby, what happened?" Before Taehyung can answer me, I hear the voice of an adult in front of me.
"I'm so sorry. Him and my daughter were playing and she pushed him. I tried to stop her before she could, but she's a fast one. I'm Jackson by the way. Jackson Wang."
"O-oh um..it's no problem at all. I'm Namjoon. Kim Namjoon. Um..your name doesn't sound very Korean."
Chuckling, Jackson picks up his daughter and walks closer towards the babies and I.
"I'm not Korean. I'm actually Chinese." Jackson stated, seating himself on the grass beside me as I hold Taehyung close to me, keeping an eye on Jimin.
"Oh? What made you want to move to South Korea?"
"I moved here a few months ago when I started my new job and to find a better place for her to stay."
Jackson says, motioning to his daughter. "She's so adorable. How old is she?"
"She's 3 now. Her birthday was last month. Say hi Yanei."
Yanei lifts her little head up from her fathers chest, only to hide her face again.
"It's okay babygirl. I'm sure Namjoon and his kids are very nice people."
"My kids? Oh goodness no! These are my friends kids. Well, this little one here is Jimin, my brother's kid. This big boy in my lap is Taehyung, my brother's boyfriend's kid. I hope that wasn't too confusing."
Jackson chuckles again and I swear I can hear my heartbeat quicken.
He's so hot. Are all Chinese men this fine? If so, sorry Jinnie, but I'm moving to China.
"No, I'm not confused at all. So what I'm hearing is that you don't have any kids?"
"Sadly, no, but I would love to have at least one. Even if I'd have to settle for adopting a child and giving them a better home and a loving parent, I would gladly do so."
"That's very sweet of you to think about Namjoon. I like that."
Smiling at Jackson's words, I decide to ask him about his new job, hoping I'm not prying into anything private.
"Oh! I work for a record company. You might know of them. Umm, Min Labels."
Min Labels..Min..wait a second. "Min Labels?! As in Min Yoongi's record company?!"
"Yeah! You know him or something?" "Of course I know him! He's one of my best friends! He mainly grew up with my younger brother, but he and I grew closer over the years. I don't know he was hiring right now. He like to keep his business secretive."
"Well, I reached out to him a while back and he asked me to send in some of my work, which I did. A few days later he asked me to come in for an interview and the next day, I was working for his company."
"Wow. You must be really talented then. Not to be rude or anything, but Yoongi doesn't hire just anyone. Putting up with him will have to be another skill you'll need to acquire. He can be quite cranky and picky at times.
"Oh trust me, I know. He's so picky about who he signs and who works on projects, but don't worry, I'm managing him very well."
After spending more time with Jackson and his daughter at the park, I've come to find out that Yanei's other father died shortly after giving birth to her.
He told me that it had taken him quite some time to get over his boyfriend's death, not to mention the fact that he had planned on proposing to him a few days after Yanei was born.
It pains me to know he's had to witness these things, such pain and heartache.
After a few more minutes of all of us walking, with the exception of Jimin who's in his stroller asleep and Yanei who's being carried by her father, Taehyung starts to get a little whiny.
"I wan daddy an Jinnie." Taehyung whines, rubbing his eyes sleepily.
"I guess I should go now and get them back to their parents. It was very nice meeting you Jackson. I do hope to see you again."
"It was nice meeting you as well Namjoon. I hope to see you again sometime."
We exchange numbers before I start my walk with the babies back to Jin's house.God I hope they at least have clothes on when I get back there.
