Chapter 11

(Roberts POV)

It's been a month, Austin has come back and he usually stays for most of the day and leaves at night to go and deal with management or other events his managers planned. As for (Y/N), I don't know where she is, she called once and talked to Maddie for about an hour then she completely ended the call, she hasn't called back since then. Maddie doesn't wanna say anything or do anything, sometimes she doesn't want to eat anything because she's too down or upset to do so.

Austin has tried making contact with her, but she won't answer. Maybe we did go overboard, but either way her daughter needs her. From how she's been acting the last few weeks while she wasn't here, it's plainly obvious. This has gotten way out of hand, and Austin has asked me what I think he should do to fix it, but I don't know what to say anymore. Maddie is laying next to me taking up the rest of the couch, her feet are on my right thigh and her head is laying on the other side of the couch on the white fluffy pillow, she's knocked out sleep and surprisingly she's snoring too.

"Alright I can't take it anymore" Austin said jumping up from the other side of the couch.

"Can't take what?" I asked.

"I can't take her not being here, she hasn't made any contact with any of us in weeks. Our daughter needs her and I need her, I'm tired of sitting around waiting for her to come back knowing anything could be happening to her, she could be hurt or anything. I don't care anymore I'm going after her" he said storming over to the door.

"I'll stay here with Maddie, call me if you need me" I said looking over at the door as he opened it.

"You know I'll call y-" he opened the door gaping over at the person on the other side.

"Hi" she said.

"(Y/N)" Austin said before wrapping her in his arms, holding her tighter and tighter by the second.

"Austin...don't kill me" she said wrapping her arms around him too.

"I'm not, but where have you been?" he asked concerned.

"I had to go to the doctor a few times Austin and I was at the hotel downtown" she said walking into the room looking over at Maddie smiling.

"Why did you have to go to the doctor?" he asked.

"I wasn't feeling good, all of what happened that night pushed my limits" she said.

"So what did the doctor say?" he asked.

"He said it's nothing to worry about and that I would feel better after a while" she said walking over before I stood up and let her sit in my place on the couch.

"Maddie" she said poking her feet.

"M-Mommy?" she said opening her eyes.

"Yeah" she said smiling.

"Mommy!" she screamed jumping on her.

"Maddie!" she screamed hugging her tightly in her arms.

"I missed you so much" she mumbled into her neck.

"I missed you too" she said smiling.

"She's not the only one who missed you" Austin said with his hands in his pockets.

"I missed you too Austin" she said smiling.

"Are you staying?" Maddie asked her.

"Yes, yes I am" she said walking over to Austin.

"I need to talk to your Dad for a minute though" she said grabbing Austin's hand and taking him into the kitchen.

(Austin's POV)

"Okay I really wanna say that-" she cut me off.

"Austin I forgive you, I overreacted, I should have at least tried to work it out and I didn't, but I have something to tell you" she said looking down at her hands.

"Well I'm glad we're both past this now" I said smiling "What do you have to tell me?" I asked.

"I wanted to tell you that..." she paused again.

"(Y/N) please don't tell me what I think you're gonna tell me" I said watching her reaction carefully.

"What do you think I'm gonna tell you?" she asked.

"That you're pregnant again..." I said leaning over the counter, as she was already doing the same on the other side.

"But I am pregnant though" she said playing with her fingers.

"So we're having another baby because of what I did to you that night?" I asked.

"I'm 2 months pregnant Austin, and it happened around that time when you did that" she said.

"Well we're gonna keep it aren't we?" I asked.

"Of course we are, you want to right?" she asked.

"Yes I do, I would love to have another child with you, but we can't fight like we did ever again" I said.

"We won't, we'll just have to tough it out" she said walking over and wrapping her arms around my neck.

"Do you know the gender?" I asked.

"We have to wait 1-2 more months to know" she said before leaning in halfway and my lips meeting hers "Alright, I'm glad you came back"

"I'm glad I can have my family all together again" she said smiling.

"What did I miss?" Robert asked walking into the kitchen.

"She's pregnant Robert" I said.

"What?" Robert said loudly.

"You heard correctly Robert, don't say what" I said.

"Really? is it a boy or a girl?" he asked with a overly happy expression.

"We won't know until another month or two from now because she's only 2 months pregnant" I said.

"So wait, the baby came from...that?"

"Yes the baby came from that" she said.

"So you're both okay with each other, you're gonna move past it, forget it happened?" he nodded then asked.

"Yeah" I said looking down at her.

"When are you gonna tell Maddie?" Robert asked.

"Tell me what?" she asked from the kitchen doorway.

Why does everyone always come into the room at the most awkward times after we've said something like that.

"Umm...."
