Chapter 36

(Lilly's POV)

"Lydia let me go!" I screamed pulling away from her.

"No"

"Why?" I asked.

"This is payback" she said.

"For what?" I asked nervously looking over at her while we walked down the white hallway with white tiled floors.

"For taking what's mine" she said tightening her grip around my arm.

"What are you gonna do?"

"You'll see soon enough" she said swiping her card in front of the sensor as the wall slid to the right opening up a empty room with a chair in the middle of it.

"Please don't do this to me" I begged but she didn't say anything, she continued to pull me over to the chair no matter how much I fought "Robert!" I yelled once I saw all the needles, knives, and other pain inflicting things laid out on the tray next to the chair.

"He's not going to help you, I thought you got that message when he negotiated you for Austin, even though he really didn't have a choice" she breathed pushing me down in the chair before I jumped back up.

She grabbed me and slung me into the concrete wall, my entire body hitting the wall then the floor with a loud thwack, the gun sliding from out of my waistband somewhere across the room. Walking over she grabbed me by my hair and dragged me back over to the chair, lifting me up into it then strapping me in.

"It sucks though because you two were getting really close, but now you see who he really cares about" she said grabbing one of the needles off of the table along with a clear vial that was filled with a clear liquid.

"What is that?" I asked nervously.

"It's just something to calm you down, don't worry I'll be done in a second" she said.

"No" I said moving my wrists that were binded to the chair "Please"

"Shhh" she said sliding the needle into my arm as I felt a rush of warmth run through my entire body before I slowly became weak, pulling it out she patted my arm before she sat the needle back on the tray "It's gonna take a few minutes to fully do it's job, until then I'm gonna go check on Austin"

"Lydia" I yelled.

"What?" she answered.

"Just please let me go" I pleaded.

"No sweetie, I'm sorry" she said exiting the room as the tears streamed from my eyes and down my cheeks.

(Lydia's POV)

"Oh Austin" I hummed walking into the room and over to him as he laid up against the wall "Austin, wake up" I said rubbing his cheek as he groaned and turned his head from side to side slowly trying to adjust to the light.

"Mmh?" he said looking at me before laughing slightly.

"You feel better don't you?" I asked as he weakly smiled and nodded his head "I knew you would"

"I'm hungry" he said in a goofy voice pouting.

"I'll tell you what, I can have Natalie come feed you in a little while, after she gets herself together" I said looking up to the security camera to see her laid out on the floor.

"G-Good" he said clapping his hands.

"I'm gonna have to put you back to sleep again in a little while to keep you quiet" I said kissing his cheek as it soon burned red afterwards.
