"This is the place where your mom and I got to know eachother better" Diego told Tackle as the cub explored. The two cats were at the spot where Shira was locked up in that stump during their continental drift adventure.

"You mean the place where you locked mom up and she kept calling you soft?" Tackle reminded teasingly with a smirk. Diego chuckled at his cub.

"Yeah even locked up your mom doesn't quit so easily. But hey that's one of the things I love her about" Diego told him casaully as Tackle went inside the stump, his eyes scanning the inside. Diego got inside too, the cub under his neck.

"It's not bad in here" Tackle commented as the two sabers looked around curious. "That's why it's the best place to have our wedding anniversary" Diego told him as they both got out of the stump. "Alright lets get started" Diego said with a smile "yeah!" Tackle jumped up excited and the two cats high fived.

Meanwhile...

"Diego? Tackle?" Shira called out as she explored the den in and out. Shira woked up to find both her mate and her cub gone. "Where did those two run off to?" Shira asked with suspicion. The saber jumped off a rock and started walking further to look for them.

"Whatever those two are up to, they better not forget about our wedding anniversary" she said as she ran off looking for them.

Shira decided to ask Manny if he had seen the two boys. She found the mammoth with Ellie talking. "Manny! Ellie!" She called out as she ran to them. "Hey Shira what's up?" Ellie asked her casually with a smile.

"Have you two seen Diego and Tackle?" she asked looking at the two mammoths. "Not really. Why?" Manny asked and Shira groaned annoyed. "Is today some kinda special day for you Shira?" Ellie asked, sensing something.

"Today is our wedding anniversary" she told them "ok then maybe they went off to get your anniversary ready. Don't worry" Ellie told her reassuring her. "I wonder if they forgot about it. They do get distracted in their play fights" Shira commented with her ears down worried.

"I don't think Diego would forget. Unlike Manny" Ellie mentioned annoyed as she glared at Manny and his eyes looked anywhere except her.

Shira left the mammoths and searched at all the spots the sabers might be at. She checked their den again, the hunting grounds and everywhere. Shira was feeling upset and started thinking they forgot her anniversary.

The sun started to set and Shira was looking sad and her ears down. She sighed a bit "Maybe they went back to the den. When I find Diego, he's getting it" she said annoyed, her ewrs flats as she was about to turn around but then...

"Mom! Mom mom! Hurry!" Tackle's voice came up panic and Shira turned around quickly and spotted her cub far off. "Hurry! Dad's in trouble! Come on!" He told her serious and ran off. "Tackle wait up!" Shira called out and chased after her cub.

Shira followed her cub at full speed. 'Forget getting mad. Maybe that's why they were gone all day! Diego must've run into trouble!' She thought in her head, now worried for her mate.

Shira reached a spot out of breath and her eyes scanned around. She had lost sight of her cub. "Tackle? Diego?" She yelled out worried as she walked around. It was dark but her blue eyes glowed in the dark for her to see.

Shira had this weird feeling that she's been here before. "This place feels....familiar" she told herself out loud but then she spotted something moving in the dark.

She snarled at it ferociously but she had no idea it was Diego and he wanted her to spot him. She didn't notice the sneaky smile on his face.

"ROAR!" Diego let out a roar and Shira got into offense ready to fight. But then she notice a small light and then another light and another.

And the whole place was illuminated in small lights on the trees and on the stump. Shira lowered her guard and looked around curious.

Her eyes scanned around and she spotted Tackle in the tree stump. "Happy anniversary mom!" He yelled out excited as he came out of the stump. She then spotted Diego who walked up to her with a smile.

"Diego?" She asked puzzled as they were face to face. Diego nuzzled Shira affectionately and Tackle ran up and nuzzled her front leg.

"Happy anniversary kitty" he told her lovingly and she smiled big. "You remembered?" She asked a little surprised as she explored and with a closer look, she realized the small lights were fireflies.

"Well ya. I'm not like Manny Shira" Diego told her and Shira bursted out laughing at that.

"Remember this place?" He asked her as her eyes spotted the stump. "Yes. This is where you locked me up and then Sid came up and embarrassed you, proving my point you are a softie" she told him teasingly and Diego shook his head laughing. Tackle fell on the ground laughing, holding his stomach.

"Ha ha very funny" he told her and he walked up and gave her a lick on her nose. Shira blushed a bit "tag your it!" He told her and ran off laughing and Shira glared at him while smiling and then she chased after him with Tackle following her on the chase. "I'm gonna kill you Diego!" She yelled out laughing as they chased eachother laughing in the place where they knew eachother better.
