Before the crazy (jerome x reader)

The next mourning im awoken to jerome gently shaking me. I slowly opened my eyes and sees he's already dressed.

"You gotta get dressed" he says kissing my forehead

"Mmm why" i reply still half asleep

"The gcpd called and they are interrogating anyone that can help them, and that includes you and me" he explains

"But im tireddd" i whin rolling over and pulling the blankets over my head.

I don't hear anything so i think he's left. Then all of a sudden I feel something on top of me. Then the blanket is ripped off of me and jerome is smiling wickedly down at me. Long story short we ended up with both of us on our way to the interrogation rooms at the gcpd for our private interrogations. Jerome goes into talk with Jim while i have a different officer. They have me in a separate room that I sit in for around 5 minutes before someone comes in. my back is facing the door so I turned around to see who it is. It's an officer that ive never seen before. He looks young, nervous even, i could use that.

"H-hello, my names peter" he stutters.

"Hi Peter," I reply.

"Sooo miss"

"__" i tell him saying my name.

"So __ would you tell me what happened the night of lila valeska's murder"

"W-well i wasn't feeling the best so i didn't perform that night and jerome let me stay at his trailer he said his mom wouldn't mind, so he took care of me, you know making me feel better" I said trying to sound intimidated or nervous.

"You said you didn't perform, what act do you usually do"

How does that have anything to do with this i think

"Oh i-i'm a aerialist" I say once again trying to sound nervous.

"Very nice, what's your relation to miss lila" he said his confidence seems to be growing a little.

"I've been friends with her son, jerome, for a very long time, since I was born, and I recently started dating him" I say smiling a little.

He doesn't smile he seems disappointed sad almost.

"Very well, that's all, have a good day miss" he said dismissing me.

"Thank you peter" i say while getting up and leaving.
