Fresh is being a dick, he knows it's his day of birth but he doesn't care. He only cares about Pacifrisk and surving.
But idk his brother's Geno and Error still feel obligated to throw him a party, so Error kidnaps him and the three have a happy little birthday in the Anti-void because fuck yeah. Ink shows up and steals Error at the end if the party because he's jealous, btw, that happens now because I said so. Boom.
Also Error is pissed because thERES BEEN THREE BIRTHDAYS THIS MONTH I CAN'T WRITE THEM ALL BIRTHDAY CHAPTERS HHHH

In conclusion, this my way of saying "I swear I would've written Fresh a happy birthday chapter as well, but I have no clue what to do for it, so take this half assed writing with under 200 words."
