After all that play fighting and tickling. I had to get ready for the party. While I was getting ready I couldn't stop thinking about what just happened and what Colby called me. I blushed, I saw my face in the mirror really red. I cant think like this, I don't know what's getting ahold of me. I don't want what happened last time with Jay it just can't I don't want to get hurt again. I grabbed a black hoodie and my black shorts,I guess they were kinda too short but I don't care. I put my Converses on and walked out the door hoping my face wouldn't be so red. Me and Colby were about to leave untill my brother came running through the door. He went into the kitchen grabbing one of the white claws out of the fridge and chugged it. I stopped me and Colby before we left. "Hey Daniel" "hey grace cant give you the car tonight i have to go to that place to day" he said while his gaze went towards Colby "who's that and why is he in our house" Daniel gave him a death stare "look before you take someone's head out preferably Colby" "WAIT WHAT!" Colby said in shocked "I'm joking, but Daniel this is Colby my friend we were going to a party and I didn't see the car so Colby was going to take me, I planned on heading over by myself but didn't see the car so Colby's taking me." I said "ok Just be careful we don't want what happened last time" Daniel said worried "yea yea I know can we forget what happened last time it wasn't my fault you know it. Look I'll be fine" "ok" Daniel said worried. Me and Colby were about to walk out when when Daniel called out Colby's name "colby wait" Colby turned around "yea wassup" Colby said "if anything ever happens to her I'ma kill you ok, take care now" "OH MY FUCKING GOD DANIEL ILL BE FINE YOU ACT LIKE IM A THIN PIECE OF GLASS THAT COULD BREAK IF IT GOT DROPPED.... Let's just go" I said looking down on my way out. We didn't say much on the way to his house, when we got there I told him I would wait in the car for him. I hate how Daniel treats me I told him it was the past when we first moved here I wanted to re start make new friends, find that special someone but I don't think I would want that special someone any time soon though. I buried my face in my hands then I heard the door open. I looked up at Colby then grabbed my phone out of my pocket. "Hey grace are you ok you don't look to good" Colby said in a deep but sweet voice "yea im fine just overthinking" I said looking down "if you need to talk I'm here you can tell me anything I'm here for you" I looked up thanks Colby that means a lot but I'm fine I'm really am just overthinking... Now we better go I wanna see how bad you are at singing" I giggled "oh my god" he laughed. We arrived at the party "sooooo who's house is this?" I asked "Sam's house, his parents are gone for the month" "ohhh ok let's go." We went up to the door and nocked, kat opened the door "GRACE" she yelled while hugging me tight "hey Kat you mind letting me breath" "yeah can you I kinda just got a death threat if she's not fine or in one piece when she gets home" Colby said with a little bit of sarcasm "grace girl talk now" kat said "hey what about me?" Colby said "GO FIND SAM" kat yelled then grabbed my arm an ran into another room. "Kattttt what is so important" "you like Colby and he likes you back I can see it in ur eyes and his big time and you can't hide it" wait what how did she know "wait what" "grace you look at him like you just seen a cute puppy" omg I do too "ugh is it that obvious" I asked "yes and Sam sees is to he's the one that told me and when I saw you to walk up to that door I saw it in both of you" I said nothing I was in shock. "Kat I don't know what to do I barley know him and he barely knows me" "well go and find out" she shoved me out of the room "go gettem tiger" she said then looked for Sam. Kat left me alone I started to wander around till I found the kitchen, there were some people in there talking and all. I went to find something to drink, I grabbed a white claw and turned around and bumped into colby, I blushed "oh sorry i-" he cut me off "it's ok drinking already before we start singing at" he looked down at me, I hate being short "well I mean I can't just waste something that's so good soooo yeah" he laughed "well then if ya say so" he snatched my drink and ran "COLBY" I chased him. Katrina and Sam we sitting on the couch together "look at them too love birds" Kat said and then Sam agreed. Colby finally started to slow down so I took off as fast as I could at him I jumped on his back "HA" me and Colby fell. "Now look at what ya did you spilt it" I said "oh I spilt it ur the one who just attacked me and is on top of me" oh crap I got off of him fast "hehe sorry" I rubbed the back of my neck "hey it's ok" he stood up and places his hands on my shoulders "the music is. Getting  loud care to dance Miss feisty" he said in a mannerly jester "well I would be ashame if I didn't say yes"
