*a few months later* July 10

I can't believe the love of my life might die. I wish I could be the one to die instead of her. I'm not ready at all. She's finally turning today. I have to watch it all happen too. I feel tears start to come down my cheeks and I look in the mirror to seeing grace standing by the door wearing my take chances hoodie I custom made. I was going to use it for merch in the future just don't know when yet. "Hey don't cry" she said while kissing my cheek "how can I not cry when I might loose you today. And I have to watch the whole thing happen too!" I see her have a small smile on her face "Cole Robert Brock no mater what the hell happens to me your still going to grow up to be old, and happy still continue to do vine and YouTube. And if I do pass I want you to find someone. someone to love with and have children ok. Don't let me be the reason for you not to be happy" she says while wiping my cheeks "I love you but I have to take a Chance or make a choice of me deciding if I want to do the death penalty instead and I'm taking a chance because I love you and we're going to fight this and get through it together" she says. Damn I love her so much. "I can't stand the fact of being with someone else" I say as we both chuckle. I lean down to her hight and kiss her. Deep and passionately.
A few hours has passed and we leave to find the league. I had to be blind folded because im a damn human. "Colby take it off where here" she says. I take it off and where in a, Bar? She takes me to the back where there's a elevator and we get on it. "I love you colby. I love you with everything I have and I'ma miss you while im going to be blacked out." Blacked out "blacked out?" She grabbed my hand and squeezed it "it's a protection spell that us vamps have. It's so we don't die and go full on blood sucking fresh human blood. I'm going to need to fill up on your blood when we get in there though" she says "wait in front of everyone?" She nodded yes. We get there and I see a group of people, there has to be at least 7. "Hello my fellow vampires I'm grace falls and I'm here for my turning" grace says as she bows and I do so as well "ok why hello grace it's nice to see you follow us with your human please" a tall muscular man says and we do so. We get to a room that looks like you do rituals in and grace and I sit in the middle where the guy had told is too. "Ah now grace before we start you need you significant others blood" she nodded and looked at me "it's going to be ok babe I promise" she says as she kisses my lips the takes her mouth to my neck and finds her normal spot and bits. This time it was longer I had to push her off "ah" she says while wiping her mouth "sorry" I shook my head no "it's ok babe" I say "ok now you Young Man need to sit on your nees at the end of the triangle" he says and do so "now grace please lay down and have both of your hands above your head so the young man can hold them down. This is going to only take a few hours ok" he says looking at me "grace we need you too drink this" she takes it and drinks it. she doesn't like the taste one bit I can tell. she drinks it and then faints. I look stright at the guy who gave it to her. "shes going to be fine its apart of the prosses" he says making me smile. the guy walks over to me and hands me a baled. "I cant cut here hair because she knows it wont you doing it. its an instinct us vamps have. I need you to cut her hair because she trusts you. then ill need some of her blood. you will have to cut along the wrist, but when you stop cutting the wrist cut your wrist a little and drop some blood on her wound so it heals faster. I can only assume you know why" he says and I nod. I cut her hair just tad bit to where you cant see the difference. then I that the blade and cut her wrist. I cant believe im doing this. I take her wrist and put it over the bowl with her hair in it. I cut myself really fast and cover her wrist with my blood fast. I give the stuff back to the guy and he tells me to leave this room for a few and he'll tell me when to come back in. sometimes ill hear her yell and I cant come fer her. a hour has passed and the guy comes out with tears on his face and says "he has never failed" and then I start to cry.

graces pov 

I scream a few times because all I feel is pain but I cant open my eyes. "its ok babygirl" I hear someone say. JOSH. I cant move one bit but I feel him take me away. Colby what happened to Colby. no. I cant loose him.
