"And what happened next?" A young girl asked to her father with curiosity.

"Well, we lived a normal life here in this village. She ensured that we'll had the best opportunities to live together as a family." Her father replied. "But she also left us a great responsibility. To care for ourselves and for others to keep the alliance and maintain peace."

"When I grow up I wanna be like her!" She said with a huge grin.

"She wouldn't want you to be like her, Hana. She'll want you to be better." An old man said, interrupting the conversation.

"Grandpa Shinki-san!!" She yelled as she ran to hug him.

"Why don't you go and have a nice time playing over there?" Zuko said as she nodded and left. Shinki watched her go before turning to his son.

"So, telling her the story of your mother one more time?"

"A childish version of it. She's only 6 years old. She won't understand if I tell her everything." He said.

"Himawari was only 6 when she awakened her power. Back then, she understood many things way better than your own uncle and grandfather together."

Zuko looked at his father with confusion. "What do you mean?"

"Tell her the truth of her story. Avoid repeating the same mistakes we did in the past." He patted his back. "Trust me son..."

And with that, he left Zuko standing in front of the stone monument the village did to remember his mother. He stared at it for a while, remembering the words his father said.

He smiled and looked at it with determination. "You made great sacrifices for everyone. Even for me. I didn't get it back then, but now I do..."

Then he turned to see his daughter playing not too far from him. "Hana! Would you like to know more about your gandmother?"

She looked at him with surprise. "There's more to know about her?!?!"

"Yup, it's a whole long story about a certain Konoha's New Prodigy whose life went through many journeys, many battles, many support, and unfortunately, many suffering... However, she overcome all this, and created a new path, full of freedom, for all of us to follow."

"Wow!" She replied as she followed her father, walking while their voices got lost in the path that lead to where the rest of the village was.
