It had been a long and hectic day for Arnav, since he decided to take care of the arrangements for the engagement. After sorting the emails and finishing the presentation for his next meeting, he laid down on the bed.

When his dad called him "already morning" he had thought but hearing his father yelling "Call doctor Khanna", made him rush out of the room "Dadi" he murmured saying his grandmother clutching her heart.

In no time the Raizadas rushed Devyani to the hospital, on their family doctor's advice. Doctor Khanna and the nurses took her inside for a checkup saying them to wait outside the room.

"How's Dadi" he asked as soon as doctor Khanna come out of the ICU room.

"She's stable now, it was a minor heart attack" doctor Khanna informed

"What!!" The father and the son screamed at the same time making the doctor nod. The doctor left informing them that they had to wait at least three hours before they could see her and that they will keep her under observation for at next 12 hours.

When Khushi reached the hospital with her family she saw Riddhima sitting on the bench in the corridor with her head on her father's shoulder and with lost eyes. On seeing Khushi coming toward them Riddhima got up and in no time, she found Khushi embracing her in a bone crushing hug. Khushi patted her best friend's back when she started sobbing badly. While Shashi went to comfort Arjun.

Khushi sat on the bench side hugging Riddhima and they stayed like that for a long time, till Khushi didn't requested Riddhima to go with her and freshen up a little so she will feel better.

"Uncle please have some water" Khushi said forwarding a cup of water to Arjun, who took it passing a gentle smile at her. Then she went to Riddhima "drink this Riz" putting the water before her eyes "good girl" she patted Riddhima's cheek when she drank it.

That was the scene that Aradhana and Arnav got to witness when they come back to the hospital. After knowing that Dadi was fine, but was going to stay in the hospital, Aradhana thought to get few things from home and Arnav had accompanied her, not wanting to leave her alone at this time.

Aradhana's heart overwhelmed by Khushi's concern toward her family, especially when she run to hug her and started reassuring her that everything was going to be fine.

Later Armaan too with his parents came to the hospital after being informed by Khushi.

All waited outside the ICU till the doctors didn'ts hifted Dadi to the room, after checking on her and on Arjun's request the Guptas and the Singhanias's left from there except for Khushi, who decided to stay back since her bestie was not willing to go home even if her parents were asking her to do so.

Dadi was discharged or better say she got herself discharged in the morning after threatening doctor Khanna. The poor doctor had agreed to her will once checking her morning reports. Arnav and Aradhana had brought her back home an hour ago and now they were all sitting in her room.

"Arjun don't cancel the function" Dadi said when she heard them considering the thought to postpone it and when his son tried to object, she raised her hand to stop him "no ifs and buts" she declared with a straight face.

"cancel my flight, I'm sending you the information and arrange for a conference call" he ordered on the phone moving back and forth in the room.
