One of Our Mini-Cons Is Missing

Alexis's POV

We all minding our own business at base. Russell just came back from is football practice. Just then, the alarm went off, so we all gathered around to see what was going on.

"We have incoming!" Fixit told us.

Just then, something fell from the sky. I look up to see what looks like an escape pod. It then crash lands in the scrapyard. We then go and inspect it.

"Fixit, it looks like an escape pod," Bee told him through the comm link.

"I'm detecting a life-form inside," Fixit told us.

"Could be a Decepticon," Strongarm said.

"Or maybe it's a bot who's lost," I guessed.

"Somebody to punch. Please be somebody to punch," Grimlock begged.

"Either way, high alert," Bee told us. "Denny, Russell, Pup, hang back," Bee told them through the comm link.

Just then, the escape pod opened and revealed to be...

"You?!" We all said.

"Jetstorm?!" Val said out loud.

"Fixit, false alarm. Turn off the klaxon," Bee told Fixit.

Denny, Russell, and Pup came to see what was going on, until Denny saw what was destroyed.

"Not my lawn gnomes!" Denny complained.

Jetstorm then came towards Val and I. He then bows.

"I apologize for my unannounced arrival," He said, mainly talking to Val.

"It's fine. Really," Val said.

"Where's Drift?" Strongarm then asked.

"I was forced to leave the master's tutelage," Jetstorm explained.

"He cut you loose?" Grimlock asked.

"My actions... I had to leave," Jetstorm then said.

"I doubt you would ever do something that bad. Why'd you come to Earth?" Bee then asked.

"I hoped you might accept me as your student, Commander Val," Jetstorm then said with a bow.

This gave Val a confused look.

Timeskip

Right now, Val, Pup, and I are walking around the scrapyard while talking.

"I don't understand why Jetstorm's here. I told him that I'm not really a commander," Val said.

"Well, maybe he's here because he thinks that you'll be a better teacher than Drift," Pup then said.

"I respect that he thinks that'll be a bit better than Drift, I just don't think I could be a teacher for him," Val then told us.

"I think you'll be a good teacher. Or, at least I think you will be," I told Val.

"Yeah. Thanks," Val then said.

Just as we were going to continue talking, we hear what sounds like Drift's voice. Val, Pup, and I meet up with the others to see Drift and Slipstream.

"Drift. Didn't expect you to visit again so soon," Bee walked up to him.

"You swore an oath to study and serve," Drift said, and then turned all of his attention to Jetstorm. "How could you--?" Drift started, but got cut off.

"Did you follow Jetstorm to Earth just so you could yell at him some more?" Russell asked, standing up for him.

"Okay! Son, let's step back and let the super-powerful alien robots work this out between themselves," Denny said as he put his hands on Russell's shoulders.
