The Trouble with Fixit

Alexis's POV

Right now, we are looking for Fixit. We don't know where he is, and it's been a while since we last saw him. I'm starting to get worried.

We then tried looking for his signal, and it appeared on the map. So we quickly go to the location of his signal.

Once Sideswipe, Slipstream, Jetstorm, Val, and I found him, we noticed that he was not moving at all. He was frozen in one place while repeating the word "escape."

"Has he been here all night?" Jetstorm asked.

"This is a new extreme for Fixit's freak-outs," Sideswipe said.

"Bee, we found him. His treads are locked and he's stuck--" Before I could finish, we heard something coming out from the bushes. It was a bear.

It was running in Fixit's direction, and I had to do something. I quickly run in front of Fixit with my sword out.

"Hey! You leave Fixit alone!" I yelled at the bear. I think this made the bear more angry as it stood on it's hind legs.

Just then, Sideswipe stood in front of me.

"Hey! Oh, come on, fur-face, we don't want any trouble," Sideswipe told the bear. The bear then tried attacking Sideswipe, but he luckily dodged.

After Sideswipe ran more deeper in the forest, the bear followed closely. Slipstream and Jetstorm then went after them while Val and I stayed and tried to help Fixit.

I then gave Fixit a little nudge, and that made him go back to normal.

"Hello, Alexis and Val," Fixit greeted. The others then came back as Fixit looked at his surroundings. "What are you doing so far from the scrapyard?" He then asked.

"The question is, why were you out here? And why were you repeating the word 'escape'?" Sideswipe then asked.

"I give up. Why?"Fixit then asked.

"I don't know. It's not a riddle, Fixit. I'm trying to find out... Never mind. We'll talk about it back at base," Sideswipe gave up. This caused me to chuckle while shaking my head.

We all then started making our way back to the scrapyard.

Timeskip

Once we got back, the others were already waiting for us.

"Bumblebee. Sideswipe taught me a hilarious new riddle," Fixit said.

"I didn't--" Sideswipe started to say, but got caught off by Fixit.

"Why was I at the Alchemor, repeating the word 'escape'?" Fixit asked. This outta be good.

"I give up. Why?" Grimlock asked.

"I don't know! Ha, ha, ha!" Fixit started laughing out loud. Grimlock started laughing too, but then stopped.

"Wait, what?" He asked.

I didn't know how that was funny, but he was still laughing when Denny and Russell started pushing him to the Command Center. I hope that nothing was wrong with him.

"Sir, Fixit's glitches are getting worse. If he suffers one at the wrong time, some bot could get hurt," Strongarm stated. That got me a bit worried.

"Like me. By a bear," Sideswipe stepped in.

"We've been aware Fixit was damaged since we found him. I should have done something about it before now," Bee said as we all looked in Fixit's direction.

"I should have done something," I mumbled to myself.

We all then saw Fixit trying to push Denny and Russell away and telling them that he was fine.
