Let's Train

We stayed at the park for another 2 hours just hanging out and getting the group used to Jade. It was around 9:30 when me and my girl got home, Dominic and Alec walked us home because they lived on that side of town too.

Ruby – "Well, we're here. Thanks for walking us home guys."

Dominic – "No problem Princessa. Also, don't forget that tomorrow both of you start your training, and you'll get to see the hideout for the first time. Wear something nice, our parents are gonna be there to assess your powers."

Jade – "We'll take what we feel comfortable with. I mean we are going to be working out right?"

Alec – "Yes we are, but you are going to be meeting the Elder Guardians, that's something really important especially for you Jade since you aren't a dragon. This is the first time a human is to interact with the Elder Guardians in their hybrid forms, so please don't mess it up"

Jade – "Don't worry Guapo, I got it handled. Do you really think this is the only thing I wear? If I wanted, I could take Brittney's clothes, but I'm not. Do you think some shorts and a top is cool? I'm going to change there if that's ok."

Ruby – "Same here, would you mind that I'm not really ok with the Elders seeing me in my workout clothes right off the bat."

Dominic – "Sure Princessa, but that doesn't excuse you from wearing appropriate workout clothes. You still -" I cut him off.

Ruby – "Dominic, honey, I'm going to wear the same thing I wear for my street fights. Trust me I'll be fine"

Dominic – "What do you mean 'Street Fights'? Ruby, what are you getting yourself into?"

Jade – "She's a street fighter, and so am I. That's why we asked to train together we need to always stay at the top. Also, Dominic and Alec, don't worry about us, we'll be fine. The only reason why Ruby hasn't beaten the living shit out of anyone in Serenity Home yet is because no one can know. Don't tell anyone, that includes Rachel, Kyle, and Becks...Sorry for putting this burden on you guys but they can't know. We do this 'cause we need the money otherwise we wouldn't have decent clothes or anything, including some of the food from our orphanage. All of the clothes from the orphanage are shit, even the guy clothes, plus there are more guys there so it's hard to even get a hold of the guy clothes. Don't worry we got this handled, Ms. J knows what we get our asses into all the time and she is thankful that we always help her out."

Ruby – "Guys, honestly don't worry, we know how to look after ourselves and we are only paying back the huge debt that we have with our mom, but I mean we are the best in the country there's nothing for you to worry about. Well anyways, see you guys tomorrow we have to head inside."

Jade – "Bye!"

Jade waves her hand and winks at Alec.

Alec – "Night guapa!"

Dominic – "Sleep well Princessa, call me if you need anything." Then he winks at me.

Dominic and Alec wave, turn back and continue walking. Meanwhile Jade and I head inside. We weren't even halfway through the main hall when we hear a screech coming from the one and only Brittney.

Brittney – "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU TWO WERE DOING WITH DOMINIC AND ALEC?!?!"

Ruby – "Bitch, calm your ass down, will you? We were just hanging out with them."

Jade – "And even if we weren't just doing that what makes you think we care about what you think?"

Brittney – "You two listen very closely to what I'm about to say. Dominic, Alec, and Kyle are taken so you guys are gonna back off, understood?"
