They were all walking down the street to Greasy's diner when Dipper suddenly stopped. He was starring in a direction where two other boys stood. Wirt tapped on Dippers shoulder to make sure he was good.

"Hey Dipper, are you okay?" Wirt shot him a sincere look.

"Yeah... yeah I'm fine." Dipper looked down and continued to walk. Mabel frowned.

"One big pancake for four, please!" Mabel asked Lazy Susan.

"Anything for the hero's!" Susan than screamed at the back for a very large pancake.

"So, do you know where you live? How far is your home from Oregon?" Dipper asked Wirt and Greg.

"Well, we certainly don't live in Oregon." Wirt then explained where they lived. (Fuck if I know)

"Must've been walking for quite some time in order to end up here." Mabel pointed a sugar packet at Wirt before stuffing it in her mouth.

"Yeah... it's been since Halloween." Wirt looked at Greg who was happly humming and kicking his feet under the table.

Dipper asked a few questions because he was just curious as to what happened. Wirt didn't want to tell them their "adventures", but Greg already started. Greg began from when they were chased by the cop to now.

Since it was quite long, Lazy Susan already gave them pancakes. Wirt just thought, well I guess we're getting kicked out. However, With every word Dipper got even more excited.

"... and then we met you guys!" After taking a huge sigh, Greg finally had a bite of pancakes.

"Omg, do I have a summer to tell YOU!" Mabel then explained all the plot twists and the apocalypse to them. With Dipper correcting her grammar.

"Woah... nobody else would believe us, but you guys seemed to go through similar things." Wirt said, very surprised.

"Yeah, but it's not like you raised the dead to prove a point." Dipper shrugged.

They all had a good laugh and went back to the shack. Ford and Stan were going to be leaving soon, because they still had research to do at their base, so on their way in Ford decided to give Journal 4 to Dipper. Dipper was in shock as Ford smiled and held up one with a 5 on it.

"Hey dudes, how long are you going to be staying?" Soos asked the new dudes.

"Not too long, I hope we won't bother you." Wirt answered.

"Don't sweat it, dudes." Soos went over to his computer so he can talk to Melody.

"Hey Wirt, where are we?" A female voice came from his hat.

"Did... your hat just talk?" Dipper asked Wirt.

"Uh-" Wirt was cut off from Beatrice jumped out of the hat.

"Honestly, Wirt, you're such a freaking-" Wirt finished Beatrice's sentence.

"-pushover, yeah yeah I get it." Wirt looked completely done. "This is Beatrice, she got turned into a bird."

"Who might you two be?" Beatrice seemed consistent on leaving. It was too cold outside to sleep for another night, though.

"Names Mabel, and this is my twin Dip-stick!" Mabel said while poking Dippers head.

"Mabel, stop!" Dipper tried to shoo away her pokes.

"Never, little-" Mabel was cut off.

"-don't!" Dipper said.

"Little Dipper." Mabel finally said.

"I-I don't mean to be rude, but um, where are we to sleep?" Wirt questioned.

Dipper and Mabel thought for a second and had honestly no clue. Perhaps the living room? Maybe the attic?

"Dipper, can I see you for a second?" Ford's sudden arrival startled everyone.

"U-uh, sure." They stepped off and Ford started.

"Dipper, I'm going to have them sleep in your and Mabel's room, because I want you to keep a close eye on them." Ford warned.

"Okay, but I don't think they would try anything." Dipper joined the group again. "Okay, you guys will be staying in our room."

Mabel gasped "Hold on, lemme just put away some things!" Mabel then ran up the stairs which was followed with a bunch of shuffling and moving. Mabel came back down in a hurry "Okay, all clear!"

They walked up the stairs and opened the room door. There was one blow up mattress on the floor. Also, a lot of glitter on one side and a string board on the other.

"Oh, I see. You just put away your clothes." Dipper said with a taunting smirk on his face.

"Is that seriously the only thing you notice?" Mabel gestured towards the blow-up matress.

"Oh, that makes more sense." Dipper laughed.

With that, they all went to sleep, except Dipper and Mabel who were cleaning up the downstairs.

"Hey Dipper, you know that they have to leave tomorrow, right?" Mabel asked Dipper while she dusted some fake dinosaur.

"Yeah, I know that. Why are you asking?" Dipper rolled his eyes and continued to sweep.

"Dipper, I saw the way you looked at him." Mabel started the conversation.

"You mean my bullies? I still can't believe that they are here. Ugh it's like they're obsessed with torturing me-" Dipper was cut off.

"-no, I mean Wirt!" Mabel said. Dipper looked down.

"Of course you saw. You know me too well. It's not going to be like Summer, okay? I'll get over it. It's just a mild attraction! And plus, I'm straight, Mabel." Dipper laughed and started to sweep again.

Mabel sighed "If you say so, queso."

They finished up and went back to bed, with Dipper watching Wirt and Greg since Ford told him to. However, he just couldn't stop looking at Wirt and only Wirt. He turned around and sighed. Oh shit... he thought as the night went on. Dipper really does crush on people that are impossible to crush on.
----
In the morning, Wirt yawned and looked around. Nobody was in the room except him. He freaked out a bit until he heard Greg laughing downstairs. Wirt proceeded to get their things and go down the stairs. As soon as he went down he saw Greg, Beatrice, Mabel, and Dipper all eating cereal.

"Morning, Wirt!" Greg smiled. Everybody sat there very awkwardly, knowing that three would depart soon.

"We better get going." Wirt frowned. He didn't really want to leave. He actually thought it was nice here, along with the nice people. He also knew that he needed to get Greg home as soon as possible. Break Beatrice's curse, too.

"L-let me see you to the door!" Dipper stammered as he got up and walked them over. Mabel sighed and shook her head.

"Thank you so much for your hospitality." Wirt said nervously.

"No problem. I hope you find your home." Dipper smiled.

They all waved and with that it was winter routine again.

Dipper however, just plain couldn't get Wirt out of his head...
