Wirt kept his head down and kicked a rock while thinking about what Sarah told him. She liked the tapes, but as soon as Wirt came back she had a boyfriend. He only wants Sarah to be happy so he supports them. He also recently had a new face on his mind. For some peculiar reason, Dipper was on his mind 24/7 and he'd no clue as to why.

"Hey sweetie, can you please pass the salt?" Wirts mom asked.

"We're moving." Wirts dad said automatically, causing Wirts mom to give him the stink eye.

"We were going to tell them softly! Not drop a knowledge bomb!" Wirts mother directed.

"I panicked..." the dad looked down in a very sad way.

"Where are we moving?" Greg happily asked. Wirt was still in shock by the sudden arrangements.

"Californa! We should be settled by February 6th. You both could start school on the 7th." Wirts mom said happily.

"We were thinking on the entire incident... we don't think it's safe to stay here. Especially with what hides beyond the wall." Wirts father stated.

The incident... Wirt thought. The next day they had to start packing. Wirt stopped by Sarah's house and said goodbye to her and her boyfriend one last time. He then picked up Greg from his friends house and walked back home together.

Greg seemed very happy on the fact that they were moving. I mean, he's a very positive soul. Wirt however didn't really like the idea. He lived in that house for his entire life! I mean, so has Greg but he's a child that doesn't have a concept of anything.

Dipper looked down and took a long sigh. He fidgeted his fingers, then held onto his backpack straps. He looked up and sighed again.

"Dip-dot, I told you that this would happen!" Mabel sighed.

"I don't know what you're talking about." Dipper looked off into the distance.

"Yes, you do! You're thinking about Wirt again!" Mabel directed. Dipper ignored her and looked across the street.

"Oh shoot." Dipper said under his breath. He touched the bandaid on his cheek and rememnered his last run in with his bullies. He then looked back up at those punks. "Mabel, we need to go the long way." Mabel looked at where Dipper was staring and turned at the corner with him.

"Omg, why can't they even get a life? Like, you're young- and smart - just deal!" Mabel sighed in utter disbelief.

It's true. However, both twins are very intelligent. Both skipped a grade and both are in trig as freshman. Some people don't like smart kids though. None of that's to worry however. They both arrived at school but the principle pulled them aside.

"Listen, you are both wonderful students, and we are having a new student today! I'm hoping that one of you will be willing to give them a tour." He mainly looked at Mabel. I mean, she is more social. However, Dipper stepped up.

"I'll do it." Dipper said with a shrug. He doesn't want to run into his bullies today...

"Okay, here's the kid's schedule. Mabel, you can go ahead to class. Have a nice day, Mr. and Ms. Pines." They both left his office. Dipper didn't really read the name, just looked at where he was going with this new kid.

Oh God oh heck oh gee, Wirt thought as he approached his new school. This is a nightmare! This school... is too big! As intimidated as he was, Wirt somehow mustered up some courage and walked in. I wonder if Dipper goes to a school like this? No, no! Sigh... there's no way I'm going to ever see him again. I should just give up on him and- something stopped his flow of thought.
