Rex ~ Knock pt.2

Here is the second part

Some days have passed since this thing happened between Rex and me and honestly I loved it.

We already talked about what happened and none of us regrets it but we are aware of our codes and the rules we have sworn to follow when we became part of the Republic so we agreed that this was a one time thing and that we will do our best not to form an attachment.

Well for my part that already went terribly wrong. I mean how couldn't I? Since day one he       low-key flirted with me and after that night we spent together, I just couldn't help it but fall for him.

Well but I'm a professional so he will never know about that...

Right now we were at a market spying on our target. Dressed like civilians, we walked around trying to understand what our target does and who he is interacting with.

Things went like this the past few days and they will be in the future until we have enough info to take him down. That might take a while cause he is really careful but nothing Rex and I can't handle.

I was just watching the target as he turned into a dark alley

I quickly notified Rex

"Rex he went into another street. Should we follow him?"

"Yes general. But we have to be careful. We don't need him to get suspicious." he answered

"Sir, yes sir", I replied mockingly.

For that he just smacked the back of my head

"Ouch. What was that for?"

He didn't say anything and just dragged me across the street and into the alley where our target was.

It was a bit darker there and it smelled. I definetly had a bad feeling about this.

As I looked down the street I saw him talking to another man dressed in black, probably another Seperatist.

Then I looked at Rex who pulled out a recorder and activated it to record their conversation.

I tried to find a hiding spot but as I couldn't see one I started to panic

"Rex they are going to see us! We are just standing here in the middle of the alley. Definetly not suspicious" I huffed sarcastic.

Before he answered he rolled the recorder near our target to better understand what they were saying

"Well it won't be so suspicious if I do this"

I looked confused but suddenly Rex shoved me against the nearby wall, making me grunt in surprise. Then he started to kiss me. It was just a short one, then his head moved to my ear as he whispered

"Just pretend to be my date"

I blushed but answered

"Oh I don't have to pretend that" I winked at him "Besides I already saw everything"

This time it was on him to blush but I just pulled him into another kiss and soon the kiss ended in a hot makeout session.

After some minutes we heard a voice behind us which said in disgust as he passes us

"Couples these days really don't know how to get a room" It was our target.

Then he left the scene. Right after he turned around the corner, I let go off Rex and tried to get my breath back.
