"i think it's fucking ridiculous."

hyunjin quickly stood up and sent an apologetic smile to the investors. "what he means is that we don't believe it's the right direction for the company right now."

"we can offer some suggestions and negotiate a time frame for you to decide." the investor suggest however changbin rolled his eyes.

"i don't need time. your offer is not acceptable now or tomorrow. who would ever accept that offer? you take what we offer or you can leave." changbin said closing the folder and tossing it into the table harshly.

hyunjin once more had to send an apologetic smile "we have a policy regarding the interest rates which is non negotiable however we can work on possibly meeting your guidelines on the divi-"

"changbin! changbin!" jeongin quickly knocked on the door and opened it spotting his boss. "changbin! joonsu's school called and said he's in the emergency room and might need to go for emergency surgery."

once changbin heard his sons name and emergency he got up and rushed towards the door jeongin following quickly towards the elevator that was being held by an employee.

changbin immediately called the garage to have them pull up his car at the main entrance.

"he's at the hospital on the upper east side the one you requested on his file. here is joonsu's medical file it has everything they need for documentation." jeongin said quickly handing changbin the file.

"make sure hyunjin gets all the information he can from the school. call seungmin and have them both go as soon as they can." changbin finished saying as the elevator opened and quickly walked over to the door with jeongin basically jogging behind him.

"changbin i know that you want to be there but please drive safe. you being there soon won't help just please be safe you'll only makes things worse if anything happens to you." jeongin said as changbin got in the car.

changbin sent a smile over to jeongin nodding "i'll drop by on way home." jeongin said and soon changbin rushed as safely as he could to the hospital.

changbin was glad there was valet parking and dropped of his keys and went to the emergency room directly towards the front counter.

"i need to know how my son is. he was brought over and i was told he would need emergency surgery." changbin said handing over the file to the nurse who quickly looked up the information.

"it seems that he is not in surgery at the moment but he is currently with the doctor. thankfully it seems he is out of any critical situation. the doctor will be with you shortly mr.seo." the nurse explained making changbin visibility relax. he finally turned around and his eyes widen.

"felix?"

changbin asked as he walked towards him only to have felix walk over and hug him. "what are you doing here?" changbin asked not expecting.

over the last two weeks after felix explained his situation changbin had been going out of his way to be home early. felix would stay for dinner every day he would be over and after joonsu would fall asleep they would talk. changbin had found a sense of comfort in felix and would look forward to the days he would be over.

"seungmin texted me about joonsu, i was tutoring at the private school two blocks from here and i came as soon as could but they wouldn't tell me anything." felix explained making changbin tighten the hug.

"for seo joonsu?"

changbin and felix immediately looked up and the doctor walked over with a smile "joonsu's parents?"
changbin nodded quickly pulling felix closer knowing they wouldn't allow felix near joonsu as a stranger.
