We just landed in London and I miss Nini so much already. When Big Red and I step out the doors of the airport we see a limo driver holding a sign with the name Ricky Bowen. We climb in the limo and Tony was there waiting for us.
"Ricky!"
"Hey Tony!" I say giving him a bro hug.
"You excited?"
"Super! It's just gonna take some getting use to, being this far away from home and..... Nini." I say with a sigh.
"I get it Rick. Why don't we get you to the hotel and drop off your stuff then we can head by the convention center so you can check it out and meet the team before the comp tomorrow."
"Sounds good!" We get to the center and I decide to FaceTime Nini so she can experience this with me, also just cause I really miss her and want to see her beautiful face!
Nini POV:
It's currently 11:00 Saturday morning. It has been 24 hours since Ricky left for London. I am walking into the school for one of our weekend rehearsals for an upcoming showcase when I get a FaceTime call. I look at the screen and see it's Ricky! I immediately answer the phone.
"Hey handsome"
"There she is! How's my girl?"
"I'm okay. I miss you!" I frown.
"I know me too. Where are you?" He asks raising an eyebrow as I walk through the doors of East High.
"The school we have a rehearsal for the showcase in a couple weeks."
"Fun!"
"Yeah. So what about you, what are you up to?"
"We are at the convention center checking out the arena and meeting the team before tomorrow. Look at this place!" He shouts with excitement as he turns the camera to show me.
"Wow babe, that's awesome!" I say as he turns the camera back to his face.
We talk for a few minutes before Tony calls him over to meet the team.
"Be there in a sec!" He yells. " Hey sorry Nins I gotta go."
"That's okay so do I."
"I love you princess."
"I love you too bubs." We blow kisses and he hangs up. I sigh as I walk through the doors of the auditorium.
Ricky POV:
I hang up with Nini sigh. I put a smile on my face and walk over to the gang.
"Guys this is Ricky Bowen. He is the new addition to our team. Ricky this is Mason, Jason, Logan, Chris, Mark, Joey, Jackson, and Bobby." I say hi to everyone and we talk for a while and get to know each other. Jason speaks up.
"So Ricky who were you on the phone with earlier."
"Huh? Oh, My girlfriend Nini. She's back in Salt Lake."
"Nice! She pretty."
"Nah."
"WHAT!"
"Calm down, she's not pretty she's beautiful." They all laugh and Mark says.
"Got pictures."
"Absolutely!" I say pulling out my phone and pulling up my favorite picture of Nini.

"She's a cheerleader?"

"How long have you guys been together." I chuckle and rub the back of my neck.
"Well all together about a year and a half, but we took a break for about three months a while back."
"Really why?" Ask Bobby.
"That's a long story for another time!"
"Okay then" He laughs
"How did you meet?" Mason chimes in.
"We've been best friends since kindergarten."
"Wow, long time!" I just laugh. We finally change the subject and talk for a good half hour before we decide to head back to the hotel and get some rest.
