Goodbye First Love

chapter16

Dahyun's pov

After we're done packing our stuffs, we went to the hotel's lobby to meet up with our sunbaes. We are now going to the nearby river.

"Gosh! Finally you guys are here!" Sana say.

"Mian. There were a little bit of problem." I say.

"It's fine. We already told the teachers where we're going. So now let's go." Eunwoo say.

And off we go to the river.

Actually i was expecting a small, well about one meters wide? But no, the reality is that river might be two meters wide!

"Wah! The river's so big!" Jennie says.

"I know right. Let's eat breakfast first and then- ah! Jennie, tae! Wait!" Sana was trying to stop jennie and tae from going into the water, but i guess she's too late.

"Come on sana! The water is really cooling!" Jennie say as she splash the water around. Tae and jennie are now having a water fight. Not long after, the others, including me, joined them.

It was really fun. I forgot the last time i had this much fun. Everyone are smiling widely. Even kai and vernon who rarely smiles. This is fun. I wish time could stop. I wish we could stay like this forever.

But my happiness fades away when i realize that things will have to change. They can't stay the way they are now. And i can't stop that change.

After half an hour playing in the river, all of us finally feel hungry. Then i remember, we haven't eaten our breakfast yet. So all of us went to the dry place and put on our towel to prevent anyone from getting a cold.

"Here. I brought you food." Sana say as she gave each of us a meal box.

"Wahh! It smells nice!" I say.

"Okay! Let's eat!" Tae say.

Then all of us happily munch on our foods.

After we finished eating, we went back to the water for about another half an hour. All of us are now tired and sleepy, so we decided to go back to the hotel. But before that, we have to change your wet clothes first. Luckily, there are some changing room near the river.

"Today was really fun." Sana say followed by a yawn.

"Today's night there will be an activity, right?" Vernon say.

"Yeah. Which is why we need to sleep first." Eunwoo say.

"The first year students are free this whole day, right?" Sana say.

"Yeah, i guess so." I say.

"Okay then. We'll see you tomorrow." Sana say as the others wave goodbye before they walk away.

"Should we go back to our room, now?" Kai say.

The three of them looked really tired. So we went to our room and quickly flop down on our beds. Soon, all of us drift to dream land.

I am actually really sad. Tomorrow will be our last day here. Sana and the other sunbaes still have two more days. But tomorrow is our last day.

I want to make the best of my time here. But now i can't. I'm really tired.

Kai's pov

(I think this is the first time of his pov is it? I'll give him more pov later.😂)

It's now 3 pm in the afternoon. The others are still sleeping. I want to wake them up since i'm bored, but looking at them sleep, i don't think i can.

I took out my phone and started playing my games. Suddenly i got a notification. It's a news about an airplane accident. They say that the airplane heading to hawaii got into an accident and all of the people in it died. I thought it is not related to me, so i just shrug it off my head and continued playing.

One hour passed and dahyun and tae are finally awake. Jennie is still sleeping. What's weirder is i actually thought that it was cute.

"Finally awake?" I say sarcasticly.

"What? We're tired, okay?" Dahyun say rolling her eyes.

Then they took a seat next to me and the three of us started to play games together. Suddenly, i heard jennie's voice.

"No."

"No."

"Don't go."

"Don't."

"Nooooo!" Jennei screamed as she suddenly sits up from her sleeping position. The three of us are shocked. We turned our focus towards her.

It looks like she was having a bad dream. Her eyes are teary. Her breathing patterns is a mess. Her hands are shaking, and her breathing is heavy.

"Jennie? What happened?" Dahyun say as she hugs her.

"I-i just have a really bad dream...." She say.

"What bad dream?" I asked.

"It's- in the dream.... All of us are fighting each other. All of you went into different directions. Suddenly there are fire that burn you down one by one. I am the only one who survived. I witness it all. I can't do anything to stop it from happening. It was a total nightmare." Jennie say.

All of us went silent. The three of us only could exchange worried glances and turn back to jennie who is still trembling from the dream.

"Don't worry, jen. That won't happen. We will stick together. We won't fall apart like the us that was in your dream." Tae say.

Jennie took a deep breath to calm her self, and give us a smile.

"You're right. If i couldn't stop that in my dream, then at least i'll stop that from happening in the real world." Jennie say.

The three of us then smiled in relieve. We're glad that she's fine now. But what she says was just like a prophecy, some how that dream was giving us a warning. Well, we did fight with each other just some time ago, and we almost lost our friendship if dahyun didn't try to fix it.

They are the best friends i have ever had. I will do my best to keep them, and cherish them.

"Um.... I will go out for a moment. I need some fresh air." Jennie say.

"Want me to accompany you?" I ask.

"No need. I want to take a walk by my self if that's okay." She say. Then i nod.

I don't know why, but i feel like i'm gonna regret letting her go by her self. Maybe, it's just my imagination?
