today is friday, which means there will be a club time. I'm really looking forward to the club activity. Also, i really miss the sunbaes. We rarely see them as they are preparing for their final exam. It is sad, but this will be the last year of school for them. Some of them will go to collage, some will skip college and look for work.

when it's time for club activities, me, jennie, tae, and kai quickly went to the club room. There, sana, eunwoo, and vernon are already there.

"hey sunbaes. How's you exam?" i say.

"well, we did the best we can." sana say.

"we just need to wait for the announcement of the scores." vernon say.

"will you all go to collage first?" jennie ask.

"no. All of us will directly go look for work." eunwoo say.

"ah. I see." tae say.

"so, what's the activity today?"

"nothing."

suddenly silence came. Nothing? Really? They only have one adventure so far.

"nothing? Do you still have exams?" i ask.

"oh. I forgot. The school was supposed to tell you. Every end of the semester, all of the student from senior high level will go to a three days fun trip. That's why we won't have any club activity." eunwoo explained.

"ooo~ A three days fun trip? Sounds nice." jennie say.

"so, when will we leave?" kai ask.

"in two days." vernon say.

"we'd better get ready now." taehyung say.

"where are we going anyway?" i ask.

"hm.. every year is different, but i heard that this year we are going to Odae mountain." sana say.

"Wahh! I really wanted to go there." jennie say.

"yup. And now, we're gonna go." kai say.

"can't wait!"

After school ends, the four of us quickly went home and started packing. Odae mountain is a really beautiful place. My dad once show me some pics of him and mom in Odae mountain. Just seeing the pics already took my breath away. I can't wait to see the mountain in person. Once i got home, i quickly ran towards my room and started packing. My mom who see me excitedly went to my room come towards me and ask, "what got my baby this excited?"

"of course i'll be excited. The school will take us to the Odae mountain. Remember the mountain in the picture appa and you once show me?"

"oh. That beautiful mountain. I will never forget that place. Anyway, want me to help you?"

"it's okay eomma. I can take care of this by my self."

"ah. When are you going?"

"hm... two days from now... which means.... this friday."

then i notice my mom's face changed. It seems like she is thinking about something.

"eomma? What's wrong?" i ask.

Like been awakened by my voice, my mom's face expresion came back to normal.

"oh. Sorry dear. Did you say something?"

"uh... what were you thinking about?"

"actually, your appa planned to go on a family vacation abroad this weekend. But i guessed that you would prefer to go with your friends, right?" my mom say sadly.

Her face seems down. I guess they have planned this for a long time. But i also really want to go with my friends. What should i do?

"but it's okay. If you really want to go with your friends then i'll just tell your appa. Then we could have some alone time with your appa. Fufufu." my mom say with a naughty laugh.

"Sorry, eomma. I think i'll go with my friends this time. But i promise i'll go with you next time." I say with a bit of sorry tone.

my mom just flash her sweet smile and reassure me that it's fine, and i can make my own decision. I know that my dad will also allow me if my mom does.

"gomawo eomma." i say as i hug my mom.

the next day, i quickly ran my way to school. Excited for the up coming trip. But i guess the others beat me to it. When i arrived at my class, kai, jennie, and tae are already there. Now we rarely walk together to school cause i usually wake up a bit late, and jennie's parents got her a new driver, so she usually go to school by car.

"dahyun! Finally you're here!" jennie say.

"whats up with you? You looked really excited today." i say.

"all of us are. Two more days before we go. I'm so excited." taehyung say.

"oh. The teachers say that we get to choose our rooms. It's all up to us. Just submit the names of your room mates in a piece of paper." kai say.

"it's all up to us? Then how about if the four of us be in a room?" i say.

"eh?!" the three of them shout.

"can boys and girls be in a same room anyway?" jennie say.

"why not. As long as you are not thinking of something dirty." i say as i glance at the guys.

"oy! Heck no! I am not that kind of person!" kai shout.

"yeah!" tae agreed.

"see. Then it's all good." i say.

"fine. Then it's settled." kai say as he write our names in a piece of paper.

when kai and tae are on their way to the teacher's room to submit our names, jennie come to me and whisper something that makes me go BOOM.

"ooo~ you finally make a move~ i won't lose to you, dubu~" she whisper to my ear.

enough!

"YAH! I DON'T LIKE KAI OKAY?! SO STOP YOUR NONSENSE!" I shout out loud. All people in the class put their attention on us, me more precisely. Gladly kai and tae are not here. If not it will be really awkward.

"o-oh... I get it, okay? There is no need to shout." she say.

"sigh... sorry. Anyway, i don't know where did you get the idea that i like him, but i do not. So stop trying to compete. This is kinda annoying." i say truthfully.

"i got it. Sorry for misunderstanding." jennie say.

"Sigh... It's fine. Glad no teacher is here." I say.

"Yeah. Also tae and kai." Jennie say.

"Anyway, have you finish preparing for the fun trip?" I ask, changing the topic.

"Yeah. I really can't wait!"
