Obi-Wan watched as the girl he loved get on the ship set to take her back to her home planet. He was trying hard not to cry, but it was inevitable. He stood from a bit of a distance with Anakin in front of him.

Obi-Wan smiled at (Y/n) one last time as tears filled his eyes. Anakin waved at (Y/n) as she started boarding her plane. (Y/n) noticed waved back at him then looked up and smile at Obi-Wan. (Y/n) looked like she was going to say something, but the captain ushered her on board.

With one last smile she turned around and smiled big at Obi-Wan. She waved her hands all over the place with an idiot smile on her face. Obi-Wan laughed through teary eyes. He stuck his hand up and waved back like an idiot too.

They both smiled brightly as the sun began to set over the horizion. (Y/n) was finally in the ship, and it took off. Obi-Wan smiled sadly as the ship flew off.

And then she was gone. And then I was alone.

That night Obi-Wan walked around the temple. He was drawn into a conversation with Master Windu. They were talking about jedi buisness, and Obi-Wan's new padawan. It wasn't really small talk, more like orders.

They were standing around a table. Obi-Wan listed as Windu talked to him, but something caught his eye. (Y/n)'s ribbion she used to tie her hair with was lying there. Obi-Wan streched out his arm and picked it up off the table.

Suddenly, Master Windu went silent. Obi-Wan looked up from the ribbion in his hand to Master windu. He was staring down at the braclet tied around Obi-Wan's wrist.

"Kenobi, do you know what that braclet is?" He asked pointing it out.

"No sir." Obi-Wan answered puzzeled.

"That braclet is a Misokan Handfaster." He says expecting Obi-Wan to get the gist, but Obi-Wan remained silent.

"On Misoka, every baby girl that is born gets a braclet identical to that one. The girls are advised to never take it off. It is tradition for a girl to give that braclet to the one she loves. The one person she would die for. It symbloizes her undying love for the person that wears it. You so happen to have one..." Master Windu trails off.

"Oh.." Obi-Wan says sadly realizing what the braclet he wore on his wrist means. Master Windu knew who had given it to him, but chose to keep his mouth shut. Master Windu just bowed and said, "Goodnight, Obi-Wan." Before walking off leaving Obi-Wan in scilence to process all of that information.

Obi-Wan looked down at the braclet, and smiled. Now he knew that one day, they will see each other again.
