"A party?!" Alyssa screams.
"Shh," I say. "It's past midnight, Vin Diesel will hear you, Alyssa."
"A party?!?" This time, Alyssa half-screams. "Oh my God. If we go, we're going to get into so much trouble." She looks at all of us, "I don't want to die of overdose at seventeen."
"Calm the hell down girl. Would you? You can't die of overdose because of weed. Believe me, I've tried." Tori says, who has been quiet all this time, speaks for the first time. "I think a party is a great idea."
"Of course you would think that! You of all people." Alyssa snaps angrily.
"There'll be free food, free booze, and of course, free fun." Tori says.
"Plus," Melany adds, "We can make friends or allies that can be quite useful sometime."
"Besides, everyone wants to go. Don't we?" They all look at me. Sure, a party would be fun. But I don't know if I want to party with these kind of people. But, I have to check my list of pros and cons first.
Pros:
- New friends.
- Fun.
- Try things I've never tried before.Cons:
- Overdose.
- Getting caught.Mmm. The rational part of me says: Don't you dare to go, you bitch! But the irrational part, the part that said:
"Yes. We all want to go to the party."
That part took over me.
