Melany
An affair with a teacher who is three years older isn't that bad. Unless you get caught making out with him in coach's office. That is bad, my friends. I didn't mean for him to lose his job, really. And I definitely didn't mean to get expelled and shipped off to the middle of nowhere. "To not cause an scandal" my parents and the school's board said. Bullshit. Biggest piece of bullshit I've ever heard in my life. Too late to fight back, though. It was all worth it anyway.
Summer Freak Camp. Okay. What else can I do about it? I can't fight back, because well, it wasn't the greatest idea I've ever had. But as I said, it was worth it.
"Melany, are you ready? Did you pack up everything?" My mother says on her disgusted tone.
"Sure I did, mom." I whisper and close my pink cute suitcase.
"We're leaving tomorrow." I hate Sundays, especially this one. I look at the bottle of beer hidden behind my computer. I grab it and drink the last sip left.
I get my phone and text Aiden, my ex-teacher and now probably jailed boyfriend.
Leaving for camp today, hope you aren't in jail when I come back, loser. XOXO, Mel.
This is going to be one hell of a summer.
