Chapter 8

"Ukraine tried to steal your phone to watch a video of Ame singing!" Russia yelled.

"W-What!? I did not!" Uke yelled. Canada furrowed his brows.

"Ukraine, I have to take care of my little siblings pretty often, I know a lie when I see one." Canada said, his tone was the harsh. Everyone's head turned to see Ame walking through the door onto the scene.

"Hello?" He asked, making sure that everyone was still here.

"We're still here, just get over here and we'll explain later." Germany said.

"Actually Uke, you've been a huge jerk lately. What up with that?"SK asked.

"W-what?" Uke said, frantically looking around.

"Are we not as good as China and NK?" Russia asked.

"Listen Ukraine, if your going to keep being a jerk then maybe you should just leave. If you want to stay you have to change back to the old you. The one that wasn't a jerk." Japan said, avoiding eye contact.

"N-no! You guys are the jerks! Not me! I didn't do anything wrong! Everything was fine until he showed up!" Uke yelled and pointed at Ame. "He ruined everything!" Uke yelled and punched Ame in the face.

"Ukraine what the fuck!" Russia yelled as Uke stormed off and slammed the door behind him. Everyone was silent as Ame rubbed the place where he had been punched.

"You Okay Ame?" Nada asked. Ame nodded, he could feel tears threatening to fall down his face.

"Hey, lets go to the nurse's office and get some ice?" Russia suggested. Ame nodded as he sniffed and let a few tears fall. Russia and Ame disappeared as they went back into the building, leaving the rest of the group in silence.

"Did that just happen?" Poland asked, breaking the silence.

"I'm afraid it did." Germany said. Nada sighed.

"I think it was for the best guys." Japan cut in.

"Yeah, my brother has been talking about him a lot, and in a good way." SK said.

"That's never a good sign." Nada said, sitting down next to the rest of the group.

Ame sniffed as tears fell down his face, once again he had cried in front of Russia. It was so embarrassing to him. He felt Russia set his hand in his shoulder.

"Hey, Don't let what he said get to you. You didn't do anything wrong Ame." Russia said, Ame just did his best to stop crying.

When they eventually got to the nurse's office Russia told her what happened. The bell had wrang a little bit ago so whatever class they had they were late. The nurse sighed and opened up a door into a little room where there were small cot-like beds. Ame sat down on the one closest to the door, setting his cane up against the wall.

"Ma'am? May I stay with him?" Russia asked. The woman sighed and nodded. The woman left to go tell the principal what had happened, his office was just down the hall. Eventually Ukraine was called down to the office. The look on his face was pure horror as he saw his father, USSR, sitting across the desk from the principal, UN. He immediately looked to the floor. He walked over and set in the only remaining chair, in between USSR and his older brother, Ame was sitting in the other side of Russia.

UN gave him time to explain himself and why he did what he did, though the more he said the more he realized how stupid he had been. It's too late now.Uke thought to himself. In the end Ukraine was given a suspension and Ame and Rus were free to go back to their classes. Russia watched as his father and Ukraine left. Uke never looked up from the floor, and Soviet wore the same disappointed expression the entire time.
