Jade's POV
I opened my eyes lazily and rubbed my face a couple of times, internally cursing at my pounding headache. I examined the room before I got up, and that's when I saw him.
My jaw dropped to the ground.
"Motherf -"
The door of my room opened slowly and Liz tapped her head in. "Hey J-" she trailed off with a gasp as soon as she witnessed the scene, her mouth wide open.
I pursed my lips together aggressively and threw daggers at Liz with my eyes, frantically motioning her to zip it. She cautiously backed up and closed the door.
"Shit," I mouthed.
I got out of bed and quietly and threw on some clothes, shooting the occasional glance at Jesse.
What the hell was all that motioning about? Spending time with Jesse was seriously starting to affect me, and not in a good way. To say I was panicking would be a huge understatement.
I peeked at him one last time and slipped out of my room.
Liz's mouth was still open when I closed the door behind me. "Did you and-"
I don't think I've ever scowled at someone as hard as I scowled at Liz right then. "Not a single word, Liz."
She raised her eyebrows, pretended to close an imaginary zipper along her lips and threw away the key.
"I should've stopped befo-" I trailed off into my thoughts. "Shit!"
Liz stood there totally entertained. "Oh, how the tables have turned." A snort escaped from her mouth.
"You're really enjoying this, aren't you?"
She held in a laugh. "I really am," Liz tried to say with a straight face. She obviously failed.
"Well, I'm glad you find my quandary amusing."
Liz giggled quietly and shot me a smirk I knew too damn well. Ignoring my death glare, she asked the million dollar question. "So how was he?"
