4.Reality

After the last night where Mew confesses how vulnerable he is to Gulf,Mew couldn't wait for Saturday to come to meet Gulf.He don't know why but he was missing Gulf.He have met him 12 hours ago but he was missing him.He don't know how but he found himself in front of the institution's gate.
"What I am even doing here?It's not even saturday." mumbled Mew under his breath.
But all his thought dissappear when he saw Gulf talking to saint in sign language.
"When in the hell does Saint know sign language? And why this bambi eyes is laughing so much?.As far as I remember Saint is not that funny." Mew mumbled again but this time with frustration.
Mew walked towards them.Both Gulf and Saint looked at him with surprise.
"Hey Mew, What are you doing here today.It's not even Saturday? Asked saint.
"Why? Can't I be here? Or have I interrupted your 'very funny conversation" said Mew while looking at Gulf furrowing his one eyebrow.
"No! We were just talking about the old time.When Gulf used to teach me sign language and how blissful that time was."said Saint.
Mew felt jealous. And realise how less he knows about Gulf.He shifted his sight to Gulf and put his hand on his shoulder.
"Teach me too. I want to know your world too" said Mew with sincerity in his eyes.
Gulf felt overwhelmed.He can sense the sincerity in his words with a bit of jealousy which made it cuter and decided to play a bit.
Gulf shook his head.
"But why? You teach saint too. Why can't you teach me?"
Saint interrupted Mew mid sentence
"Because I am important to Gulf. FYI we can't take anymore students right now and even then you are willing why don't you apply for next year. We could think about that."
Gulf chuckled at saint's reply.This made Mew more frustrated and jealous.
"I will learn it by myself.i don't need anyone's help"Mew Said and left the place."
Gulf was little worried as Mew was not replying to his messages.He knew Mew was angry but he didn't know he was angry to this extent.He was a bit relieved because tomorrow was saturday. He decided to apologize to him and promise to teach him sign language.
NEXT DAY
Gulf was pretty happy because he is going to see Mew after 4 days.He quickly went to institution and started searching for Mew but he couldn't find him.
Maybe he is late.Gulf thought.
Gulf was done with his first class and quickly made his way to search for Mew.But he couldn't find him.He went to Saint's office
Knock
knock
"Come in"
Gulf entered the office.seeing Gulf looks worried.saint knows the reason of his worry.
"He took a leave today. He said he is not feeling well today"
Gulf's worry increases ten  fold.seeing Gulf's expression made saint more doubtful.
"Gulf! He is not a good guy. He is more capable of hurting you than loving.He doesn't deserve your worry. I wish you would have met him 5 years ago."
Gulf  couldn't understand what exactly was saint talking about.Saint took a deep breath.
"Mew's and my father were best friend.i know him since childhood.Mew's mother dies when he was just 4 years old and his dad loves him a lot but was too busy being 'The best lawyer of Thailand ' He was raised by his grandmother.He was a happy kid.But then his father took a case against powerful politicians and lost everything.since then Mew changed.He even cheated on his girlfriend multiple times.I still remember how hard she cried when she told me that and when I asked Mew about it he didn't even said a word."
Saint wanted Gulf to keep distance from Mew but his words made Gulf more sure that Mew isn't a bad guy but misunderstood by others.Gulf asked saint about Mew's address.
"Are you really sure about this?"
Gulf nodded with no hint of doubt.saint gave him the address.
Gulf took some porridge and flowers on his way to Mew's house.He was little nervous because it was his first time to Mew's house but was excited to Mew too after 4 fucking days.
He was searching for his house when bunch of people were fighting and large crowd was gather around them.Gulf decided not to pay attention to it but was taken a back to see familiar face.It was Mew.
Mew was holding a drunk man who was in his late 50's and was dressed shabbily.The drunk man was fighting with another man who was threatening  to call the police.
"Call the police.I am not scared of you losers.I am a very big lawyer.I will put you behind bars." Said the drunk old man.
The another started to dial the police but was stopped by Mew.
"Please sir, don't call the police.I would say sorry on my father's behalf."
But the another doesn't seem to convince.Mew kneel down and fold his
Hands
"Please sir,I beg you.Don't call the police.He wouldn't do that again.You can punch me instead."Said Mew.
Gulf was froze.He never knew this side of Mew. The one that never apologize is now begging for forgiveness.
The another man let go Mew's father and soon the crowd dispersed.Mew stood up and put his hand around his father to support him and turned around to get shock.He didn't expect to see Gulf.
Gulf try to compose himself and smiled thinly at Mew.Mew took his father to home ignoring Gulf.But Gulf didn't move.It was a lot of information for him about Mew in just 5 hours.He didn't know what to do next.His thoughts were interrupted by Mew
"What are you doing here "
Gulf could sense the anger in his voice.He try to give Mew the flowers and porridge that he brought with a smile on his face.Mew took them and throw them at the ground.
"I don't want this.I don't want  your sympathy.Let me guess, you pity me right? Or maybe you wanted to be a hero helping a poor and vulnerable person like me.But you know what I pity you more because you can't be a hero this time because Bad guys like me doesn't need heroes to save them but heroes need to be saved from them."
Mew turned and start walking towards his house but was stopped by wrapped arms around his waist.Gulf rested his head on Mew's shoulder.
"Gulf what are you doing?"
Gulf tightened the hug and hide his face in Mew's neck.They were so close that Mew can feel his breath.
"Let me go" said Mew while trying to unwrap his arms.
Gulf didn't know how to calm Mew down.All he wanted Mew to understand that He don't pity him but happy to know him better and want to be with him.
Gulf started planting kisses on Mew's nape.Mew's hands which was trying to unwrap his arms were stopped.His heart was racing.He didn't how but he don't feel angry anymore as if nothing else really doesn't matter.But soon he came back to his senses and pushed Gulf.Gulf was disappointed.
"It's late.Go back home, Gulf."
Mew went back home.He knew his feelings for Gulf but doesn't have the courage to fall for someone again.
"Don't you dare fucking fall for him" mumbled Mew while rubbing his temples.
His thoughts was interrupted by text from Max.
It's been a while. Let's meet.
Mew decided to meet his gang in hope it would refresh his mind. He walked to the place Max texted him as it was near to his house.He saw Searching for the guys.
"Mew here, turn around."  Said Bright.
Mew turned around and he was little confused what are they in that dark alley.
He walked towards them and found a familiar face other than boys lying on the ground with blood coming from his mouth.Mew froze. It was Gulf.
"Sorry man, we didn't wait for you.But it was quite fun beating him up.I think he is  kind of used to it as he he didn't even utter a words." Said Max making others laugh except Mew.Gulf looked up and was little startled to find Mew there
Mew punched Max and pushed him making him Land on the ground.
"What the fuck are you doing" said off.
Ignoring them.Mew put Gulf's arm around his neck to support his walking.
"Let's go home baby." Said Mew.
To which Gulf nodded and made others shock.
They both reached Mew's home as it was near.Mew took Gulf to his room and went to take first aid box to treat Gulf's wounds.
Gulf sat on Mew's bed while Mew kneel down putting ointment on his wound.
"Does it hurt?"
Gulf shook his head.
"I am sorry. If I wouldn't left you alone it won't happen.I promise I would never let you go again"
Suddenly Mew felt Gulf's lips on his lips
