Pansy sat at her desk biting her nails. She was contemplating on what to do about the situation. Blaise had apparated from Spain every day for the past week to bring Hermione lunch. They spend hours locked in her office together, and he helps her with some of the cases. It all would seem innocent except Pansy was under the impression Astoria didn't know, which would mean Blaise was lying and sneaking around behind her back. She didn't want to think Blaise would cheat on her and she definitely didn't want to think Hermione would do that to Astoria, but she could help it.

After a solid 2 hours, Blaise was still in her office. Pansy decided to call Ginny and ask her to meet for lunch. She scribbled a note saying she was going on her lunch break and left it on her desk for Hermione. She walked out of the Ministry and met Ginny a small cafe a little down the road. "What's up, Pansy?" Ginny asked when they sat down. "Why'd you want to meet? It sounded urgent over the phone-thing."

"I need to tell you something and you have to promise you won't tell a soul," Pansy stated.

"What is it?" Ginny asked suddenly intrigued. Pansy's lips suddenly went dry and her heart was beating out of her chest.

"It- it's..."

"Spit it out, Parkinson," Ginny urged.

"I think somethings going on with Blaise and Hermione," Pansy spat out. Ginny looked shocked as she leaned closer.

"You mean, like, they're seeing each other?" Ginny asked. Pansys nodded.

"But I'm not sure. He's been coming from Spain everyday to bring her lunch and they sit in her office for hours."

"Well that could just be innocent friendly behavior. He's probably worried about her not eating," Ginny said.

"Yeah, except Astoria doesn't know. Why would they need to hide it from her if it's just friendly behavior?" Pansy said. "And remember at the Manor when her and Scorpius first got back from America and they disappeared together for an hour?"

"Oh yeah, and Scorpius did tell me that something happened to her in America that only Blaise knows about."

"Why would she go to Blaise and not us?"

"I don't know, but she said it was because Blaise knew someone involved."

"Blaise? Know someone in America? I highly doubt that."

"That's what I thought," Ginny spoke. "Do you think she lied to me?"

"I don't know. Hermione always used to be honest with us, but I definitely feel like she's hiding something from us," Pansy said.

"What should we do?" Ginny asked. "Should we tell Astoria?"

"No... I think we should talk to them first," Pansy said. Ginny agreed and they left for the Ministry. When they got there, Blaise was still in Hermione's office.

"Astoria is going to kill us if she finds out," Hermione laughed.

"She'll get over it," Blaise chuckled. "As long as no one takes any photos of us when we go out then our secret is safe."

"One of them," Hermione said making them both laugh again.

Ginny and Pansy shared looks as they heard the conversation from outside the office door. They nodded at each other after taking a deep breath and knocked at the door. "Come in!" Hermione called. They walked in to see Hermione behind her desk and Blaise slumped over in a chair in front of it.

"We need to ask you guys something," Ginny said.

"What's up?" Blaise asked.

"Is there something you guys are hiding from us?" Pansy asked. Blaise and Hermione shared a glance that kind of looked nervous.

"No, why would you say that?" Hermione spoke calmly.

"Well Blaise brings you lunch everyday and you spend hours in here doing god knows what without Astoria knowing you're here," Pansy said.

"Hermione hasn't been eating from all the things she's been going through so I bring her lunch and don't leave until she finishes," Blaise said. "She takes forever."

"Shut up!" Hermione complained.

"Well just now, before we came in, you said Astoria would kill you if she found out," Ginny said.

"Hermiones helping me plan a surprise anniversary party for Astoria and I's one year anniversary of being married," Blaise explained.

"She would kill us because she hates surprises," Hermione said.

"Oh," Ginny and Pansy said.

"Well, how come Blaise knows what happened in America and we don't?" Ginny asked.

"I've already told you," Hermione answered.

"But you know you can tell us anything," Pansy said.

"I know, and maybe someday in the future I'll tell you, but right now I barely like to talk about it with Blaise," Hermione said.

"It's true, she always changes the subject whenever I bring it up."

"Is that all?" Hermione asked. Both Pansy and Ginny opened their mouths so say something but nothing came out. After a few moments of silence Ginny spoke.

"Who the hell does Blaise know in America?" Ginny bursted. Blaise turned to look at Hermione a raised an eyebrow at her.

"What'd you tell her?" Blaise asked.

"She asked me why you were the only one who knew what happened in America and I said that you knew someone involved. I didn't say anything else, I promise," Hermione spoke quietly. Blaise turned back to Pansy and Ginny who were waiting for an answer.

"I'm not supposed to say. He's in hiding. Hermione just happened to accidentally bump into him," Blaise answered.

"Does Astoria know?" Ginny asked.

"No, and I'd appreciate it if you didn't tell her," Blaise said.

"Why are you keeping secrets from your wife?" Pansy asked.

"It's not really my secret to tell," Blaise said.

"I know you two are hiding something, and believe it or not, I will find out what you're up to," Ginny spoke before leaving.

"Me too," she said and walked back to her desk. Blaise looked back at Hermione and they both sighed.

"I should get going then," Blaise said.

"Bye, Blaise. Thanks for lunch again," Hermione said.

"No problem," he said. "Thanks for helping me plan the party."

"No problem." He then disapparated back to Spain and Hermione got back to work.
