"Hm. I'll take that as a no"

I mumbled to myself, watching the girl walk elsewhere.

Just like that, she was off.. ignoring the question I had asked as she lightly swayed her hips.

Very curvy hips, I might add.

She is a hard to get kind of girl, and I couldn't help but find a small attraction towards it. A weird attraction. I mean she's not all that, but the fact that she's so feisty builds a certain image of her in my head.

It's like a "I like the chase" type of scenario. It's weird really, I'm not one to chase. I honestly more so don't give a fuck, but I'm bored and she seems interesting.

Turning towards my left, I made my way towards the double doors of this shitty school. The sun was awfully blinding so I narrowed my eyes while making my way towards the parking lot.

There, beside a few vehicles where my two trusted humans. One of them seated at the hood of my car, while the other stood against the wall.

"Finally, Mr Andrews makes his presence"

Jayden spoke up, his brown coils swaying slightly in the light breeze. I rolled my eyes, walking closer towards where he was seated.

"I had to do some stuff."

Alex (the one that stood against the wall) had a cigarette between his fingers. He turned his eyes towards me.

"You attended class?"

I nodded, running my fingers through my hair then extending my hand towards Jayden. Jayden nodded, reaching towards his back pocket then handing me a box of cigarettes. I slipped one out, placing it between my lips. Jayden tossed me a lighter, then I began.

"That English teacher called my parents, now they're on my ass so..I had to attend today"

Jayden got comfortable on the hood of my car.

"Thought you blocked them on your phone"

I let out a breath that contoured with the cancerous fumes of my cigarette smoke.

"They called the house number, and now they're all up in my business. It's fucking annoying. What's also annoying..is you tainting my car, get off"

I lightly glared at Jayden, who lifted his hands in a mock like surrender before abiding to my words. He then leaned against the neighbouring car.

Alex let out a chuckle, throwing his used bud.

"Seb had to attend now he's grumpy"

He teased, lightly punching my shoulder. I fake snickered while Jayden let out a humorous chuckle.

"You attending the whole day?"

I immediately shook my head, taking one more exhale of smoke before speaking;

"Nah, just English. I dunno how people do this shit everyday.. listening to those oldies go on and on about literally nothing then graduating to say they learnt something."
