"It's sad that I've come to terms with the fact that I have no social life," mumbled Amanda as she stacked another file onto the growing pile of DD5s.

"Same here, it's like every time I wanna do something, I have to take into consideration that I'm on call." Fin sighed before placing his head on his desk.

"My mom goes out more than I do..." Nick laughed." She's hitting the clubs with her friends a lot these days."
"Yeah, no wonder Liv bailed." A voice absentmindedly offered in passing.

"Shut up, Pauly!" Munch shouted at the officer.

Elliot sighed and rose from his desk, he walked over and got another file. Hearing her name was just enough to change his mood. He missed her, he needed her, even if she didn't need him anymore. He'd dream about her, that one day she'd walk in as beautiful as she left but that day was yet to come and he feared it would never come to past.

"Sorry, man," Munch sympathized.
Elliot nodded his head in acknowledgement.

"No, Munch don't say sorry! El, you need to get over her. Yes, she left, but that doesn't mean the rest of us have to join in on your moping campaign. It's ludicrous that we can't even mention her name. She's happy where she is. She's finally happy. She finally has the life she has always wanted." Fin spat.

Elliot rose once more and strode slowly over to fin's desk. All he could think of was that he talked to her, she talks to everyone except him. Him.

"You've talked to her?" His voice trembled.

"There ya go again. Maybe the reason she don't call you, or makes everyone swear never to give you her number or address is because she left because of you. You drove her away, you scared her aw-."
His anger got the best of him. Get over her? How was he suppose to get over someone you love so immensely.

Fin lay on his back on the floor, clutching his bloody nose. Small droplets of red liquid made their way onto the floor as he sat up.

His nose was barely noticeable he thought, his cheek was red and bore small cuts. He doubted he had done that. But he did. He did.
Him. Elliot Stabler. Maybe a side he didn't like very much; the same side that 'scared Olivia away'. But it was him.

"Elliot! My office!" Don screamed, the windows of his office still shaking.
"Yeah, that's what she was 'fraid of." Fin continued as he snatched the box of tissues Amanda had outstretched for him and made his way to the bathroom.

"I still don't know who Olivia is," she whispered as he passed by.

Absolute silence.

They'd been many talks bearing the same format as this. All brought on by the same factor; Elliot's anger. Over the years, Olivia too had found herself in here, right next to him. Explaining her case and decreeing that it wasn't her fault. That he started it. It was always him. Always.

Elliot glanced over the chair, half expecting her accusing glare to meet his. He'd laugh at how she'd always think that don would suspend them even when their fits got heated. But he didn't laugh the last time no, he cried, they both did. He cried as she angrily gathered her coat and handbag and ran out the room.

"We all miss her," Captain Cragen finally spoke.

The worn leather of the chair squeaked as Elliot adjusted himself, "Wellat leastt she talks to you, and everyone else for that matter."

"Elliot."

"No, just give me my punishment and let me go... I don't have time for small talk." He stood and approached the desk.

"Sit down! Don't forget who's the superior officer here."
Elliot tightened his fist and banged it into his other hand, don stared his straight on, unwavering.

He plopped down into the chair and don continued.

"No punishment... At this point, there's only one thing that can help you, Elliot,"

"Yeah? And what is that?" He asked, arching his left eyebrow.

"Olivia."
