Susie x Paranoid!Reader

Standing up from the lunchroom tables I backed away, leaving to be a little early to class since I had nothing better to do. I didn't eat lunch and since I had nothing to do and no one to talk to I just sat, dozing off or watching the other students. 

Rushing off I bump into someone, someone much taller than me. "Ah! S-sorry!" I stutter nervously, looking up I realized I bumped into Susie, the ominous girl that sat in the back of our classroom. I feel my body automatically scrunch into itself.

"What the hell-" she barked, picking me up by the collar of my hoodie, slamming my body into the wall. "You wanna pick a fight?" she snarled "N-no..." I whimper, terrified of her. 

"I should bite your face off for something like that-" Susie threatened, stopping partway by a hand on her shoulder. Her eyes slowly scanned over to a brown-haired boy, giving an almost expressionless look at Susie.

Slowly I could feel Susie's grip release me. Letting me fall to the ground. I tried escaping but she slammed a hand next to me, trapping me like a mouse. "Don't think this is over punk." She glared digging her claws into the wall, making a permanent mark. 

Quickly she released, pulling away to walk with her friend. Leaving me to escape to the classroom.

The whole class I sat, sweat constantly dripping down my face as I thought of all the things she could do to me. From things like shoving me into a locker to crushing my head into the sidewalk. I was terrified. How was I going to get home? Will I just find a hiding spot in the school and stay there until the next day? Even then.... She'll probably just beat me up another day...

"bRInnNGNG" 

The school bell went off, startling me out of my skin. 'Nononono, I little longer! Class can't be over yet..!"  I screamed in my head, staying planted in my seat as all my classmates left, leaving me in an almost empty room, along with Ms. Alphys. 

"Y/n..? You can leave now." She tells me, holding her hands together anxiously. "U-uh.. Yeah.. Uhm. Right..." I stammer, picking up my backpack, flinging it over my shoulders. 

"H-Have a great day Ms. Alphys..." I say, slowly exiting the classroom. Looking each way I see no one, nothing but empty halls. So I continue, getting to the doors I swallow hard, opening them slowly and stepping outside. 

A cool breeze blew through, cooling off my overheated body. "M-maybe she forgot.." I whisper to myself, still not feeling safe. 

I step down the stairs, looking each way. I grip onto the straps of my backpack, furrowing my eyebrows as I start hurriedly rushing down the sidewalk. 

Thoughts raced threw my head quickly, 'is she following me? Does she know where I live? Maybe she cooled off and decided to let me be... Maybe Kris talked her out of it...'

'Maybe-' Just as I was starting another thought I left something grip onto my backpack, tugging me sideways. 

Feeling my body get slammed into a rather large tree, "Thought you could get away that easy punk?" Susie's voice was low and raspy. I squeezed my eyes shut tightly, waiting for pain, some kind of pain, any pain. After a moment I realized nothing was happening. Flicking my eyes back open I looked up at Susie, seeing her glare down at me with an arched brow. 

"E-eh..?" I squeak, "You really are pathetic, you know." her voice went monotone, definitely not impressed by how easy I was going to let her hurt me. "H-huh?" I furrow my brows together "A-aren't you going to hurt me?" I ask. Letting me go, Susie starts to speak. "I was, but then I saw how pathetic you looked." She slouched her stance, shoving her hands into her pockets. 

"Oh..." was all I could say, standing back up I fix my hair and brush the dirt from my pants. 

"S-so, you're just going to let me go..?" I ask cautiously looking at her. "Sure, whatever. I'm pretty much over it anyways." 

"Oh..." I say once more, holding my arm anxiously. "Why? Do you want me to beat you up?" She snarled, pushing my shoulder into the tree. "N-no! S-orry!" I apologize quickly, yet her grip on my shoulder continued pressing into the tree. 

I look up into Susie's eyes, the first time I actually looked. 

"Why the hell is your face red?" she furrowed her eyebrows releasing her grip. 

"Ah! Sorry!" I hold my cheeks, feeling the heat radiate off of them. "U-uhm... I know this is weird, but do you want to go get milkshakes together?" I ask, laughing awkwardly. 

"H-huh!?" Susie stuttered, a rare sight to be seen. "I-" a red coat of blush covered her cheeks. "Fine. Whatever. You're paying though." Susie agreed, crossing her arms tightly. "Deal." I grin, for once not being terrified after seeing her some-what soft side.
